Claims (14)
- 입자 수반 가스나 증기로부터 미립자 물질을 분리하기 위한 사이클론 분리기로서,운전 시에, 입자 수반 가스가 원통형 분리 챔버 내로 주입되고, 상기 원통형 분리 챔버의 벽으로의 원심력을 받고, 수집을 위하여 그 원통형 분리 챔버의 바닥으로 낙하하며,상기 원통형 분리 챔버의 벽은, 그 원통형 분리 챔버의 벽으로부터 원심력을 받은 입자를 수집하는 것을 돕도록 액체에 의해 적셔지며,상기 원통형 분리 챔버의 벽의 전부 또는 일부는 다공질이고, 운전 시에 액체가 다공질 부분을 통과함으로써 적셔지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클론 분리기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 분리 챔버의 벽의 다공질 부분은 소결 재료인 것인 사이클론 분리기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소결 재료는 세라믹인 것인 사이클론 분리기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소결 재료는 금속인 것인 사이클론 분리기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 스테인레스강인 것인 사이클론 분리기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 액체는 물인 것인 사이클론 분리기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 액체는 수용액인 것인 사이클론 분리기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 증기 입자인 것인 사이클론 분리기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 분리 챔버 내에서 분리되기 전에, 도입되는 물질 수반 가스나 증기 내로 액체를 분무할 수 있는 입구 스프레이 수단을 더 포함하는 것인 사이클론 분리기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 액체는 물인 것인 사이클론 분리기.

- 가스 또는 증기에 수반되는 물질을 사이클론 분리기에 의해 분리하는 분리 방법으로서,사이클론 분리기의 원통형 분리 챔버의 내부 벽의 전부 또는 일부는 다공질이고, 상기 내부 벽은 다공질 부분을 통하여 도입되는 액체에 의하여 적셔지고, 분리된 물질이 원통형 분리 챔버의 내부 벽 위에서의 액체의 흐름에 의하여 수집되고 운반되는 것인 분리 방법.
