Claims (4)
- 압출기(30), 필터(40), 기어펌프(50), 다이(60)를 통과하면서 필름 형태로 변화시킨 다음, 연속적으로 캐스팅 드럼(70)에 주조하는 폴리비닐알콜 필름을 제조함에 있어서,회전하는 캐스팅 드럼 필름 착지점에 2개의 채널로 구성된 정압 흡입장치(80)를 설치하는 동시에 필름 박리점 위에 클리닝 롤(90)을 설치하여 폴리비닐알콜 필름을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알콜 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 정압 흡입장치는 전폭(TD) 임의의 모든 위치에 대해 항상 동일한 흡입력이 작용되고, 그 첫 번째 채널이 0.01 ~ 0.5 Kgf/cm2 으로, 두 번째 채널은 0.1 ~ 5.0 Kgf/cm2로 흡입력이 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알콜 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 클리닝 롤은 기공율 30 ~ 150 %, 기공크기는 1 ~ 500 ㎛를 갖는 친수성 이 높은 발포 PVA로 제작된 오픈셀 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알콜 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 클리닝 롤에는 친수성이 높고, 비점이 100 ℃ 이하의 용매가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알콜 필름 제조방법.
