Claims (14)
- 어드레스 전극, 상기 어드레스 전극을 덮는 유전체층, 상기 유전체층 전면에 형성된 격벽 및 상기 격벽으로 구획된 방전셀 내에 위치하는 형광체층을 포함하는 제1기판; 및투명 전극 및 버스 전극을 포함하는 표시 전극, 상기 표시 전극을 덮으며 전면에 형성된 투명 유전체층, 및 상기 투명 유전체층 위에 코팅된 보호막을 포함하는 제2기판을 포함하며,상기 격벽은 비표면적이 10 내지 1500 m2/g인 이온교환형 제올라이트(zeolite)인 무기 흡착제를 포함하는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기흡착제는 리튬이온 교환형태의 몰데나이트(mordenite), 나트륨 이온 교환형태의 몰데나이트, 칼슘이온 교환형태의 포자사이트(X형), 및 칼슘이온 교환형태의 클리노프틸로라이트(clinoptilolite)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 제올라이트인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기흡착제는 격벽 내에 분산된 형태로 포함되는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 격벽은 상기 무기흡착제를 1 내지 10 중량%로 포함하는 것인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 격벽은 수분 제거 효율이 80 내지 99 %인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 격벽은 잔탄 제거 효율이 15 내지 40 %인 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 글래스 프리트, 고분자 수지, 유기용제, 및 무기흡착제를 포함하고,상기 무기흡착제가 비표면적이 10 내지 1500 m2/g인 이온교환형 제올라이트(zeolite)인 격벽형성용 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 고분자 수지는 아크릴계 수지, 에폭시계 수지, 및 셀룰로오스계 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 격벽형성용 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 유기용제는 부틸 셀로솔브(BC:butyl cellosolve), 부틸 카르비톨 아세테이트(BCA:butyl carbitol acetate), 테르피네올(TP:terpineol), 및 텍사놀(texanol)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 격벽형성용 조성물.

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 무기흡착제는 리튬이온 교환형태 몰데나이트(mordenite), 나트륨 이온 교환형태의 몰데나이트, 칼슘이온 교환형태의 포자사이트(X형), 및 클리노프틸로라이트(clinoptilolite)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 제올라이트인 격벽형성용 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 격벽형성용 조성물은 글래스 프리트 100 중량부에 대하여, 고분자 수지 100 내지 150 중량부, 유기용제 2 내지 50 중량부, 및 무기흡착제 1 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 것인 격벽형성용 조성물.
