Claims (6)
- 디스크 매체를 적어도 판독하기 위한 헤드를 지지하는 디스크 장치의 헤드 서스펜션에 있어서,상기 헤드와 전기적으로 접속하기 위한 제1 접속 단자와,외부 회로와 접속하기 위한 제2 접속 단자와,상기 헤드로부터의 전기 신호를 처리하기 위한 헤드 IC와 전기적으로 접속하는 제3 및 제4 접속 단자와,상기 제1 접속 단자와 상기 제3 접속 단자를 접속하는 제1 도전 회로와,상기 제2 접속 단자와 상기 제4 접속 단자를 접속하는 제2 도전 회로와,상기 제2 도전 회로의 상기 제2 접속 단자와 상기 제4 접속 단자 사이에 설치되고, 상기 헤드 IC의 측정을 위한 측정용 단자를 포함하고,상기 측정용 단자 및 상기 제1 접속 단자는 상기 헤드 서스펜션의 제1 평면에 설치되고,상기 제2 접속 단자는 상기 제1 평면에 실질적으로 수직인 상기 헤드 서스펜션의 제2 평면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 , 제2 , 제3, 제4 접속 단자와, 상기 제1 , 제2 도전 회로와, 상기 측정용 단자가 상기 서스펜션의 베이스에 박막 패턴으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 헤드 서스펜션의 베이스와, 상기 제1 , 제2 , 제3, 제4 접속 단자와, 상기 제1 , 제2 도전 회로와, 상기 측정용 단자와 설치된 플렉시블 케이블을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션.
- 디스크 매체를 적어도 판독하기 위한 헤드와,상기 헤드로부터의 전기 신호를 처리하는 헤드 IC와,상기 헤드를 지지하고, 상기 헤드 IC를 탑재하는 헤드 서스펜션과,상기 헤드 서스펜션을 지지하고, 상기 헤드를 상기 디스크 매체에 대하여 이동하기 위한 액츄에이터를 갖고,상기 헤드 서스펜션은,상기 헤드와 전기적으로 접속하기 위한 제1 접속 단자와,외부 회로와 접속하기 위한 제2 접속 단자와,상기 헤드 IC와 전기적으로 접속하기 위한 제3 및 제4 접속 단자와,상기 제1 접속 단자와 상기 제3 접속 단자를 접속하는 제1 도전 회로와,상기 제2 접속 단자와 상기 제4 접속 단자를 접속하는 제2 도전 회로와,상기 제2 도전 회로의 상기 제2 접속 단자와 상기 제4 접속 단자 사이에 설치되고, 상기 헤드 IC의 측정을 위한 측정용 단자를 포함하고,상기 측정용 단자 및 상기 제1 접속 단자는 상기 헤드 서스펜션의 제1 평면에 설치되고, 상기 제2 접속 단자는 상기 제1 평면에 실질적으로 수직인 상기 헤드 서스펜션의 제2 평면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장치.
- 디스크 매체를 적어도 판독하기 위한 헤드로부터의 전기 신호를 처리하는 헤드 IC를 상기 헤드를 지지하는 헤드 서스펜션에 탑재하는 스텝과,상기 헤드 서스펜션의 단자에 프로브를 배치하여, 상기 헤드 IC의 전기적 특성을 검사하는 스텝을 포함하고,상기 헤드 서스펜션은,상기 프로브 중 하나가 배치되며, 상기 헤드와 전기적으로 접속하기 위한 제1 접속 단자와,외부 회로와 접속하기 위한 제2 접속 단자와,상기 헤드 IC와 전기적으로 접속하기 위한 제3 및 제4 접속 단자와,상기 제1 및 제3 접속 단자를 접속하기 위한 제1 도전 회로와,상기 제2 및 제4 접속 단자를 접속하기 위한 제2 도전 회로와,상기 프로브 중 하나가 배치되며, 상기 제2 도전 회로의 상기 제2 접속 단자 및 상기 제4 접속 단자 사이에 설치되는 측정용 단자를 포함하고,상기 측정용 단자 및 상기 제1 접속 단자는 상기 헤드 서스펜션의 제1 평면에 설치되고,상기 제2 접속 단자는 상기 제1 평면에 실질적으로 수직인 상기 헤드 서스펜션의 제2 평면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 IC의 검사 방법.
