- 동물의 전혈 또는 응고혈로부터 혈청을 제거하거나 제거하지 않은 채 1-5배의 물을 넣고 분쇄조를 이용하여 1,000-10,000 rpm으로 분쇄하여 균질화하는 공정; 상기 분쇄액으로부터 지방층 및 불용성 물질을 제거하는 공정; 상기 분쇄액을 항온수조로 옮겨 pH 10-11로 맞추고 온도를 90℃까지 올려 한 시간 동안 단백질을 변성시키는 공정; 상기 변성액에 1-3ml/kg의 알칼리아제를 처리하고 pH를 8-10.5가 되도록 유지하고 반응 온도는 50-60℃가 되도록 하면서 2-24시간 동안 반응시켜 단백질 가수분해를 수행하는 공정; 상기 단계의 반응액을 한외여과하여 아미노산/올리고펩타이드를 분리하는 공정; 상기 단계의 여과액을 활성탄 여과하여 냄새 및 불순물을 제거하는 공정; 상기 단계의 여과액을 역삼투압 방식으로 농축하는 공정; 및 상기 단계의 농축액을 196-202℃에서 10-40초 이내에 건조하는 공정을 모두 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동물의 전혈 또는 응고혈로부터 아미노산/올리고펩타이드를 제조하는 방법.
