Description
Claims (11)
- (S1) 저분자량의 광경화형 아크릴레이트 수지 및 광개시제를 함유하는 코팅액을 준비하는 단계;(S2) 상기 코팅액을 폴리비닐알코올 편광 필름의 일면 또는 양면에 도포하고 도막을 형성하는 단계; 및(S3) 상기 형성된 도막에 자외선을 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량의 광경화형 아크릴레이트 수지는 광경화형 아크릴레이트 모노머 및 광경화형 아크릴레이트 올리고머의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광경화형 아크릴레이트 모노머와 광경화형 아크릴레이트 올리고머의 혼합 중량비는 50:50 ~ 10:90인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광경화형 아크릴레이트 올리고머는 우레탄 아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 및 에폭시 아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 올리고머 또는 이들의 1종 이상 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 편 광판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅액은 저분자량의 광경화형 아크릴레이트 수지 총 중량 대비 20 내지 100중량%의 용매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도막의 두께는 2 내지 20m인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 편광 필름에는 요오드 또는 이색성 염료가 흡착된 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판의 제조방법.
- (a) 폴리비닐알코올 편광 필름; 및(b) 상기 편광 필름의 적어도 일면에 형성되며, 광경화된 아크릴레이트 수지로 이루어진 보호막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 보호막의 두께는 2 내지 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 편광 필름에는 요오드 또는 이색성 염 료가 흡착된 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항의 편광판을 구비한 액정표시장치.
