Claims (9)
- 금속 벌집 형상체의 제조 방법으로서,두께가 각각 35㎛ 이하이고, 크롬과 알루미늄을 함유하며, 냉간 압연 중에 롤링 오일을 가지는 강 시이트 층들을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 강 시이트 층들에 첨가된 첨가제와 조성물로 인해 가열되는 경우 상기 강 시이트 층들의 표면 상에 탄소-부화 층이 형성되고, 상기 강 시이트 층들의 일부분 이상이 구조화된 층들인, 강 시이트 층들을 제공하는 단계;유체가 유동할 수 있는 채널을 상기 벌집 형상체 내에 형성하기 위해 상기 강 시이트 층들의 적층 및 감기 중 하나 이상에 의해 벌집 형상체를 형성하는 단계;상기 벌집 형상체를 관형 자켓 내에 도입시키는 단계;상기 벌집 형상체가 1100℃ 이상까지 가열되는 열처리에 의해 이웃하는 강 시이트 층들 사이에 연결부를 형성하는 단계; 및온도 변화가 25K/분 이상이 되도록 상기 벌집 형상체를 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는,금속 벌집 형상체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,부분적인 진공 또는 진공에서 상기 열처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는,금속 벌집 형상체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄소 함량을 증가시키도록 미세 분말의 흑연을 첨가제로서 롤링 오일과 혼합시키는 단계를 포함하는,금속 벌집 형상체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 벌집 형상체의 외측 영역에서 접촉 영역의 높고 균일한 접합 품질이 달성되도록, 상기 열처리를 수행하기 전에 플렉싱 또는 해머링에 의해 상기 벌집 형상체의 적어도 외측 영역에서 선택적으로 응력 완화시키는 단계를 포함하는,금속 벌집 형상체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 벌집 형상체는 나선 형태 또는 소용돌이 형태로 외측으로 연장하는 다수의 강 시이트 층들을 갖는 형상체로 형성되며, 상기 형상체의 횡단면의 내측 영역에서보다 강 시이트 층들의 접촉 영역들 사이의 외측 영역에서 보다 많은 연결부가 생성되는 응력 프로파일을 상기 형상체에 제공하기 위해 상기 외측 영역 내에서의 응력 부여 및 플렉싱 중 하나 이상을 상기 형상체에 선택적으로 도입하는,금속 벌집 형상체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 벌집 형상체의 강 시이트 층들을 어닐링함으로써 상기 열처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는,금속 벌집 형상체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열처리 중에 상기 벌집 형상체를 1150℃ 내지 1190℃ 범위로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는,금속 벌집 형상체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 벌집 형상체를 냉각시키는 단계는 30K/분의 온도 변화율로 수행되는,금속 벌집 형상체의 제조 방법.
