Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 제 1 단부면(8a) 및 제 2 단부면(8b)을 갖고 있으며 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 구조화된 시트 금속층(2)으로 감겨지거나, 적층되거나 또는 고리형으로 형성되어 있는 금속 벌집체(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,상기 구조화된 시트 금속층(2)에 상기 시트 금속층(2)의 제조 공정중에는 존재하지 않을 정도로 롤링 오일(4)의 층을 제공하고,상기 시트 금속층(2)으로 제조된 벌집체(1)를 상기 롤링 오일(4)에 부착되는 납땜 분말(7)과 접촉시키고, 그리고상기 벌집체(1)를 납땜 처리하는 방법에 있어서,상기 벌집체(1)를 상기 납땜 분말(7)과 접촉시키지 전에, 잠깐동안 가열시켜 상기 롤링 오일(4)의 고휘발성분을 덮여있지 않은 표면 상에서 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벌집체(1)를 100 내지 200℃의 온도까지 잠깐동안 가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 납땜 분말(7)을 상기 벌집체(1)의 상기 단부면(8a, 8b) 의 하나 또는 둘에 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 납땜 분말을 상기 금속 벌집체(1)의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 벌집체(1)를 납땜 공정 동안에 측방향으로 자유로운 단부를 갖고 누워있도록 배치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 벌집체(1)는 추가로 평판 시트 금속층(3)으로 감겨지거나, 적층되거나 또는 고리형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 구조화된 시트 금속층(2)과 상기 평판 시트 금속층(3)에 롤링 오일을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 금속층(2, 3)이 60μm 또는 그 이상의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 금속층(2, 3)이 80μm 또는 그 이상의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 금속층(2, 3)이 110μm 또는 그 이상의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 금속층(2, 3)이 90mm의 최대 직경을 갖는 벌집체(1)로 감겨지거나, 적층되거나 또는 고리형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 금속층(2, 3)이 70mm의 최대 직경을 갖는 벌집체(1)로 감겨지거나, 적층되거나 또는 고리형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 납땜 분말이 40μm 또는 그 이상의 입자 크기 및 60μm보다 큰 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 납땜 분말이 40μm 또는 그 이상의 입자 크기 및 63μm보다 큰 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 납땜 공정을 진공 상태에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 납땜 공정을 불활성 기체 내에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 납땜 공정을 아르곤이나 질소 내에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
