Claims (8)
- 축 요소와, 이 축 요소가 관통하는 기어와, 이 기어와 축 요소 사이에 개재되어 있는 롤링 요소를 포함하고 상기 축 요소와 기어는 축 중심 둘레로 상대적으로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 기어 변속 장치에 사용되는 마찰 댐퍼로서,축 요소 또는 기어인 고정 부재의 주면에 부착되는 코아와,상기 코아와 일체로 마련되고, 축 요소 또는 기어인 회전 부재의 주면에 활주 접촉하는 립과 원주 방향으로 회전 부재 상에 형성되는 복수 개의 윤활 오일 경로를 포함하는 탄성 부재를 포함하고,상기 코아는 고정 부재의 주면에 장착되는 실린더부와, 롤링 요소 측의 실린더부의 에지 부분에 마련되어 반경 방향으로 연장하는 디스크부를 포함하고, 코아 표면은 경화 처리되며,상기 코아의 전체 표면은 소정의 깊이까지 경화되어 경화층을 형성하고, 코아의 내부는 경화되지 않고 남아 있는 채 베이스 재료의 경도를 유지하며, 코아의 표면 경도는 축 요소 외주면 경도에 상당하거나 약간 낮게 설정되는 것인 마찰 댐퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코아 표면은 가스 질화침탄 처리에 의해 경화되는 것인 마찰 댐퍼.

- 축 요소와,상기 축 요소가 관통하는 기어와,상기 기어와 축 요소 사이에서 자유롭게 롤링하도록 개재되어 있는 롤링 요소와,상기 축 요소와 기어 사이에 개재되어 있고 축 요소와 기어 사이에 마찰력을 발생시키도록 축방향으로 롤링 요소 옆에 배치되고, 상기 축 요소와 기어는 축 중심을 둘레로 상대적으로 회전 가능하게 배치되는 마찰 댐퍼를 포함하고,상기 마찰 댐퍼는 축 요소 또는 기어인 고정 부재의 외주면에 부착되는 코아와, 이 코아와 일체로 마련되고 축 요소 또는 기어인 회전 부재의 주면에서 활주 접촉하는 립과 원주 방향으로 회전 부재 상에 형성되는 복수 개의 윤활 오일 경로를 구비하는 탄성 부재를 포함하며,상기 코아는 고정 부재의 주면에 장착되는 실린더부와, 롤링 요소 측의 실린더부 에지 부분에 마련되어 반경 방향으로 연장하는 디스크부를 포함하고, 코아 표면은 경화 처리되며,상기 코아의 전체 표면은 소정의 깊이까지 경화되어 경화층을 형성하고, 코아의 내부는 경화되지 않고 남아 있는 채 베이스 재료의 경도를 유지하며, 코아의 표면 경도는 회전 부재 주면의 표면 경도에 상당하거나 약간 낮게 설정되는 것인 마찰 댐퍼.
