- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 뉴클레오시드 포스포릴라아제는 분리 정제된 형태의 효소, 뉴클레오시드 포스포릴라아제 활성을 가진 미생물균체, 유전자 조작에 의해 뉴클레오시드 포스포릴라아제 활성을 가지는 미생물균체 또는 상기 미생물 균체의 처리물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 3'-아미노-2',3'-디데옥시 구아노신의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아데노신 디아미나아제는 분리 정제된 형태의 효소, 아데노신 디아미나아제 활성을 가진 미생물균체, 유전자 조작에 의해 아데노신 디아미나아제 활성을 가진 미생물균체 또는 상기 미생물 균체의 처리물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 3'-아미노-2',3'-디데옥시 구아노신의 제조방법.
