Abstract
Description
종래에도 일시적으로 인체의 특정부위인 겨드랑이 액취 제거를 목적으로 하는 선행 기술로서 목초액을 사용하는 방법(한국특허출원 제2001-30927호), 일본 오제키 히로시의 누에고치 실을 이용하는 방법(한국특허출원 제2000-78267호), 쑥추출물과 헛개나무 추출물을 이용하는 방법(한국특허출원 제2000-50142호), 주식회사 태평양의 송진의 에탄올 추출물(한국특허출원 제1997-78862호), 롯데제과 주식회사의 감잎추출물(한국특허출원 제1992-6210호 등), 더 프록터 앤드 갬블 캄파니의 사이클로덱스트린 적용법(한국특허출원 제1997-3676호), 허큘레스 인코포레이티드사의 수용성 폴리사카리아드 중합체 이용법(한국특허출원 제1998-16889호), 로레알 조지안드 플로사의 수용성 아연염을 이용하는 방법(한국특허출원 제1997-703994호), 항균성 제올라이트와 실리콘 사용법(한국특허출원 제1995-21836호), 양이온성 생중합체, 염화수소 알미늄과 에스터라제 억제제를 함유하는 액취 탈취제(한국특허출원 제1998-703101호) 등이 공지되어 있다.
이들은 대부분 피부도포용으로서 인체 중 특정부위인 겨드랑이의 액취제거 목적을 위하여 일시적으로 마스킹하는 방법(Contemporary masking method)에 불과하며 효력도 오래가지 못하며 인체 밖 즉 피부에서의 작용기전에 의해 그 효과도 영속적인 효과를 거두지 못하였다.
특히, 상기 한국특허출원 제1998-703101호에 따르면 피부도포용 액취제거를 위하여 인체 겨드랑이의 아포크린 땀샘(apocrine gland)에서 분비된 땀의 분해를 억제하는 물질인 염화수소 알루미늄, 분비된 땀에 대하여 에스테르를 분해해서 냄새를 형성하는 물질을 방출하는 에스터라제 효소의 억제제와 에스터라제 효소를 분비하는 세균 발육의 억제제로서 탈아세탈화된 키틴 즉 키토산을 보조성분(보조수단)으로 함이 공지되었으나 효과가 미미하여 실용화되지 못하고 있다.
한편, 인체의 또 다른 특정부위 구강의 구취 제거를 목적으로 키틴을 산이나 알칼리에 의해 탈아세트화해서 얻은 키틴류를 효소처리하여 분해생성시킨 다당류인 올리고당(oligosaccharide)을 포함시킨 츄잉껌이 한국특허출원 제1996-71066호에 개시되어 있으나 이 방법은 구강내 호기 또는 혐기성 젖산균 등 28종의 박테리아가 분비하는 휘발성 지방산을 일시적으로 마스킹하는 방법(Contemporary masking)에 불과하여 침샘으로부터 침의 양을 적게 나오게 하거나 분비되는 침의 성분을 변화시켜서 구취를 제거하는 영구적인 효과는 발휘하지 못하였다.
본 발명은 상기 언급한 인체의 일부 특정부위에 해당하는 겨드랑이 액취의 일시적 마스킹 또는 구강 구취의 일시적 마스킹 방법과는 전혀 다른 기전(Mechanism)에 의하여 인체 피부 전체의 냄새를 제거하기 위해 키틴수용액 또는 키틴 분말, 키토산 수용액 또는 키토산 분말을 직접 식품용 담체와 혼합하여 소장 더 나아가 대장에까지 도달시켜 장내 세균의 생리활성을 조절함으로써 에크린 땀샘(eccrine gland)은 물론 아포크린 땀샘(apocrine gland)에서 분비되는 노폐물 중 땀의 성분을 개선하고, 땀의 양을 조절함으로써 한국인을 포함한 동양인은 물론 서양인 및 아랍인의 음식물 취식문화와 상관없이 인체 체취를 전반적이며 근원적으로 저감(Reduction)시키고자 시도하였다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 점들을 감안하여 인체의 상기 특정 부위를 포함하여 피부 전반에 걸친 체취를 저감하기 위하여 키틴수용액 동결건조분말, 키토산수용액 동결건조분말, 키틴분말, 키토산분말 또는 이들의 혼합물과 식품용 담체를 혼합하여 정제나 환의 형태로 제조하고 이의 인체체취저감 효과를 확인함으로써 본 발명을 완성하기에 이르렀다.

Claims (1)
- 키틴수용액 동결건조분말, 키토산수용액 동결건조분말, 키틴분말 및 키토산분말로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물 30~80중량%를 유효성분으로 하고, 여기에 식품용 담체 20~70중량%를 혼합하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 인체체취저감용 보조식품조성물.
