Claims (8)
- (a) 다공성 지지체의 상부에 팔라듐 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; (b) 팔라듐 코팅층의 상부에 금속코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 금속을 리플로우하여 합금층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 수소기체분리용 팔라듐 합금복합막의 제조방법
- (a) 다공성 지지체의 상부에 전해도금 방법에 의하여 1차 금속코팅층을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 1차 금속코팅층의 상부에 팔라듐 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; (c) 팔라듐 코팅층의 상부에 2차 금속코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 2차 금속을 리플로우하여 합금층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 수소기체분리용 팔라듐 합금복합막의 제조방법
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체는 금속지지체 또는 세라믹 지지체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제 3항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체는 다공성 니켈지지체임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 단계 a에서 전해도금방법으로 1차금속 코팅층을 형성하고 열처리하여 이물질을 제거하는 단계가 추가됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 1차금속은 은, 니켈, 구리, 루세늄, 몰리브덴에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 금속은 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 2차금속은 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
