Claims (5)
- 재조합 단백질을 생산하는 동물 세포의 배양 방법으로서,대두(soybean) 또는 효모(yeast) 추출 단백질을 산 또는 효소로 가수분해 처리하여 생성된 가수분해 산물을 준비하는 단계;50% 이상의 산소 농도 및 7.2의 pH를 유지하면서 무혈청 배지에서 세포를 배양하는 단계; 및세포 농도가 1.5×106 세포주/㎖에 도달시 3 g/L 내지 20 g/L의 양의 상기 가수분해 산물을 첨가한 후 세포를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,대두(soybean) 또는 효모(yeast) 추출 단백질을 산 또는 효소로 가수분해 처리하여 생성된 가수분해 산물이 3 g/L 내지 20 g/L 포함된 무혈청 배지에서 세포를 연속 배양하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,재조합 단백질은 인터페론 베타(inteferon-β), 에리스로포이에틴 (erithropoietin, EPO) 및 혈액응고 제8인자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
