Claims (1)
- 합성수지제의 기질홀더와, 바닥 1장 및 측벽 4장의 기질을 조립하여 구성한 용기; 상기 용기를 삽입하는 오목부가 형성된 반응기본체; 및 이 반응기본체의 상부에 부착되고, 가열·냉각수단, 냉각수단을 설치한 덮개부가 설치된 고정화 DNA 라이브러리제작장치 또는 유전자증폭장치를 이용하여 DNA를 고정화한 기질을 냉동보존하는 방법으로서,(a) 유기카르본산으로 화학수식된 5장의 기질에 DNA를 고정화하는 단계;(b) 트리스-에틸렌-디아민 테트라아세트산(Tris-EDTA) 완충액과 70~75% 에탄올 용액을 함유하는 용액으로 상기 기질을 세정하는 단계;(c) 100% 에탄올에 상기 기질을 담그는 단계;(d) 100% 에탄올에서 상기 기질을 냉동보존하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 고정화 DNA 라이브러리제작장치 또는 상기 유전자증폭장치의 용기에 상기 기질을 배치하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA를 고정화한 기질을 냉동보존하는 방법
