Claims (68)
- 개개 미립자 성분(particulate)들이 함께 융합(fuse) 또는 결합(bond)된 집괴체(agglomerate)인 복합체 분말입자(composite powder particles)를 포함하며, 상기 집괴체 입자의 크기 분포가 15~75 ㎛(micron) 범위 내의 Dv.50를 갖는 10~120 ㎛이며, 여기서 상기 개개의 미립자 성분들이(1) 6~30㎛의 Dv.99를 갖는 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(coloured film-forming base component)과,(2) 비착색 필름 형성 성분(uncoloured film-forming component: 2a)을 포함하고, 상기 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2a)이(i) 상기 착색 필름-형성 베이스 성분(1)의 Dv. 90 보다 큰, 20~90㎛의 Dv.99를 갖거나, 또는(ii) 2~18㎛인 상기 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(1)의 Dv. 50 보다 더 큰, 8~35㎛의 Dv. 50을 갖거나, 또는(iii) 상기 착색 필름형성 성분(1)의 Dv. 90 보다 큰, 20~90㎛의 Dv. 99; 및 2~18㎛의 상기 착색 필름-형성 성분의 Dv. 50 보다 큰, 8~35㎛의 Dv. 50을 가지며,상기 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분 대 비착색 필름 형성 성분의 비율이 중량비로 1:99∼60:40의 범위로 조성물 내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물(powder coating composition).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2a)가 필름 형성 성분(1) 및 (2)의 총중량의 10~99중량%로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 성분(2)이, (i) 함께 취한 착색 필름 형성 성분의 Dv. 99의 값보다 크지 않으면서, (ii) 0~20㎛의 Dv.99를 갖는 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2b)을, 필름 형성 성분 (1) 및 (2)의 총중량으로 환산하여, 2~30 중량%으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 분체도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(1)이 2~30 종류 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 중의 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(1) 대 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2)의 비율이 중량비로 1:99∼30:70으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(1) 대 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2a)의 비율이 중량비로 5:95∼30:70으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 30~90㎛의 Dv.99를 갖는 비착색 필름-형성 성분(2a)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2)이 필름형성 동안 착색 필름 베이스 성분(1)과 상용성(compatible)인 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 형성 성분이 상기 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(1)과 비상용성이거나 또는 필름 형성 중에 그와 비상용성이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(1)이 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2)이 상기 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(1)의 폴리에스테르와 다른 기능성을 갖는 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2)과 상기 착색 필름 베이스 성분(1)이 다른 경화제를 포함하며, 여기서 상기 경화제중 하나는 에폭시 경화제 또는 공반응성 에폭시 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 성분(2)이 비필름 형성 성분(non-film-forming component)과 복합 입자를 형성하도록 융합 또는 결합된 비착색 필름 형성 성분의 집괴체인 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2)이 조직감 부여(texturing) 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 성분(2)이 운모를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2a)이 14㎛ 이상의 Dv.99를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2a)이 50 내지 65㎛ 범위의 Dv.99를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비착색 필름 형성 성분이 5 내지 45㎛ 범위의 Dv.50을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(1)이 6~25㎛ 범위의 Dv.99를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(1)이 2 내지 12㎛ 범위의 Dv.50을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집괴체 중의 개개의 미립자 성분이 비필름 형성 성분을 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집괴체 중의 개개의 미립자 성분이 조직감 부여제를 포함하는 비필름 형성 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 수많은 상이한 색상의 분체 도료 제조를 위한 분체 도료 제조용 키트에 있어서,각각 6~30㎛의 D.99를 갖는 7-30가지의 다른 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분, 및상기 착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분 보다 더 큰 Dv.99 또는 Dv. 55를 갖고 각각 40~90㎛의 Dv.99를 갖는 비착색 필름 형성 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 제조용 키트.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 키트가 상기 착색필름 베이스 성분과 필름 형성 중에 상용성인 비착색 필름 형성성분, 및 상기 필름 형성 베이스 성분과 비상용성이거나, 필름 형성중에 비상용성이 되는 비착색 필름 형성 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 제조용 키트.
- 분체 도료 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,착색 필름 형성 베이스 성분(1)과 비착색 필름 형성 성분(2a)을 혼합하는 단계 및 상기 혼합 성분을 공기 유동가능하게 하여 정전 분무에 의해 기재 상에 도포할 수 있도록 복합 입자로 집합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 분체도료 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제25항의 방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항의 분체 도료 조성물을 기재 상에 도포하는 단계, 및 상기 도포된 조성물을 가열하여 연속적인 도막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 여기서 상기 기재는 금속, 열-안정성 플라스틱 재질, 나무, 유리 또는 세라믹 또는 섬유 재질로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 도막 형성 방법.
- 제27항에 따른 도막 형성 방법에 의하여 도막된 것을 특징으로 하는 기재(基材:substrate).
