Claims (17)
- A) 5 내지 95 중량부의 방향족 폴리카보네이트 또는 폴리에스테르카보네이트,B) 1 내지 60 중량부의, 하기 B.2 상에 B.1이 그래프트되는 그래프트 중합체B.1: 5 내지 95 wt%의 1 종 이상의 비닐 단량체들,B.2: 5 내지 95 wt%의 1 종 이상의 중합체 주쇄(10 ℃ 미만의 유리전이온도를 가지며, 0.05 내지 5 ㎛의 평균 입자 크기(d50 값)를 가짐),C) 0 내지 50 중량부의 열가소성 비닐(공)중합체 및(또는) 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트,D) 0.1 내지 30 중량부의 하기 화학식(I)의 포스포네이트아민을 포함하는 조성물.<화학식 I>상기 식에서,A는 화학식(IIa) 또는 (IIb)의 기를 나타내고,<화학식 IIa><화학식 IIb>R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 비치환 또는 치환된 C1-C10-알킬 또는 비치환 또는 치환된 C6-C10-아릴이고,R3 및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 비치환 또는 치환된 C1-C10-알킬 또는 비치환 또는 치환된 C6-C10-아릴이거나, 또는R3 및 R4는 함께 비치환 또는 치환된 C3-C10-알킬렌이고,y는 0, 1 또는 2를 의미하고,B는 독립적으로 수소, 임의적으로 할로겐화된 C2-C8-알킬, 비치환 또는 치환된 C6-C10-아릴이다.

- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 (I)의 포스포네이트 아민들이 혼합물로서 사용되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클로로프렌, 1,3-부타디엔, 이소프로펜, 스티렌, 치환된 스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 비닐아세테이트 및 (메트)아크릴레이트(알콜 성분에 탄소 원자를 1 내지 18개 가짐)로부터 선택되는 2 종 이상의 단량체 기재 그래프트 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성분 B)로서 하기 그래프트 중합체(B.2 상에 B.1)를 포함하는 조성물:B.1 하기 화합물들의 혼합물 5 내지 95 중량부,B.1.1 50 내지 99 중량부의 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 고리에서 할로겐 또는 메틸로 치환된 스티렌, 메틸메타크릴레이트 또는 이들 화합물들의 혼합물, 및B.1.2 1 내지 50 중량부 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 말레산 무수물, C1-C4-알킬- 또는 페닐-N-치환된 말레이미드 또는 이들 화합물들의 혼합물B.2 5 내지 95, 바람직하게는 20 내지 70 중량부의 중합체(유리전이온도 -10 ℃ 미만임).
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A를 10 내지 90 중량부, 성분 B를 1 내지 40 중량부 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A를 20 내지 80 중량부, 성분 B를 2 내지 30 중량부 포함하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 주쇄 B.2가 디엔 고무, 폴리아크릴레이트 고무, 실리콘(silicone) 고무 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 종 이상의 추가적인 난연제를 전체 몰딩 조성물 기준으로 0.01 내지 35 wt% 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 C를 1 내지 30 중량부 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소, 황, 붕소, 탄소, 인, 질소, 수소 및 실리콘의 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소와 함께 주기율 표에서 1 내지 5의 주족(main group) 또는 1 내지 8의 부족(subgroup)의 극미세 입자 화합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안정화제, 안료(pigment), 이형제, 유동성 개선제, 무기 강화 물질, 나노 입자 및(또는) 정전기 방지제의 군으로부터 1 종 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 사용하여 몰딩을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물로부터 얻을 수 있는 몰딩.
