Claims (2)
- 자성 재료로 된 조리팬이 탑재되는 식품 탑재판과, 그 식품 탑재판에 탑재된 상기 조리팬을 유도 가열하기 위해서 식품 탑재판 하부에 배치된 가열 코일과, 그 가열 코일에 고주파 전력을 공급하는 고주파 전력 공급부와, 상기 식품 탑재판 하부에 배치되고, 상기 식품 탑재판을 사이에 두고 상기 조리팬의 온도를 검지하는 온도 검지부와, 설정 온도 등의 조리 조건을 설정 입력하거나 조리 시작 조작을 하는 조작부와, 그 조작부에서의 설정 입력 및 상기 온도 검지부에서의 검지 온도에 기초하여 상기 고주파 전력 공급부의 구동을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하고,상기 제어부는,상기 식품 탑재판에 탑재된 상기 조리팬이 상기 조작부의 조리 시작 조작전에 고온인지를 판단하기 위해서, 상기 조작부의 조리 시작 조작시, 상기 온도 검지부에 의해 검지한 상기 조리팬의 온도로부터 연산한 온도의 기울기와 미리 설정된 기울기를 비교하고,상기 온도의 기울기가 상기 미리 설정된 기울기보다 작을 때, 상기 식품 탑재판에 탑재된 상기 조리팬이 상기 조리 시작 조작 전에는 고온이 아닌 것으로 판단하여, 상기 고주파 전력 공급부로부터 상기 가열 코일에 고주파 전력을 공급하여 상기 조리팬의 유도 가열을 실행하고,상기 온도의 기울기가 상기 미리 설정된 기울기보다 클 때, 상기 식품 탑재판에 탑재된 상기 조리팬이 상기 조리 시작 조작 전에는 고온인 것으로 판단하여, 상기 조리팬이 고온이 아니라는 판단시의 가열 출력보다 낮은 가열 출력이 되는 고주파 전력을 상기 고주파 전력 공급부로부터 상기 가열 코일에 공급하여 상기 조리팬의 유도가열을 실행하는 구성으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도 가열 조리기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미리 설정된 기울기와 비교하는 상기 온도의 기울기는, 상기 가열 코일에 의해 상기 조리팬이 유도 가열되지 않은 상태에서, 상기 온도 검지부가 검지한 상기 조리팬의 온도에 기초하여 상기 제어부에 의해 연산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열조리기.
