Claims (9)
- 괴경류로부터 pH 3.8 내지 5.3의 약산성 조건하, 100℃ 이상 130℃ 이하의 온도에서 열수 추출하는 것을 포함하는 펙틴 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 괴경류가 감자인 펙틴 제조법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방법에 의하여 제조된 펙틴.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방법에 의하여 제조된 펙틴을 산성 단백식품에 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 산성 단백식품의 제조법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산성 단백 식품의 pH를, 사용하는 단백질의 등전점 이상으로 조정하는 산성 단백식품의 제조법.
- 제4항에 기재된 방법에 의하여 제조된 산성 단백식품.
- 제5항에 기재된 방법에 의하여 제조된 산성 단백식품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 산성 단백식품이 유성분(乳成分)을 포함하는 커피 음료인 산성 단백식품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 산성 단백식품이 유성분(乳成分)을 포함하는 커피 음료인 산성 단백식품.
