Claims (8)
- 폴리올, 물, 및 폴리올 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5 내지 6 중량부의 양으로 하기 화학식 I :[화학식 I](CH3)2N-(CH2)p-OH(식 중, p 는 4∼8의 정수를 나타냄)로 표시되는 디메틸아미노알킬알콜을 함유하는 폴리올 혼합물과 폴리이소시아네이트를 혼합 교반하고 발포시켜 이루어지는, 고온방치 (120℃ × 24 시간 방치) 시의 강도유지율이 70 % 이상이며, 포깅시험에서의 헤이즈값이 2 이하인 반경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올 100 중량부에 대하여 물 2 ∼ 8 중량부를 사용하는 반경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 발포체 밀도 (코어밀도) 가 25 ∼ 100 ㎏/㎥ 인 반경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리올의 평균수산기가 14 ∼ 100 mg KOH/g 인 반경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리올이, 말단이 에틸렌옥시드가 부가되어 있는 폴리옥시프로필렌계 폴리올인 반경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 폴리옥시프로필렌계 폴리올의 폴리옥시프로필렌/폴리옥시 에틸렌의 비 (중량비) 가 50/50 ∼ 95/5 인 반경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 삭제
- 폴리올 100 중량부, 물 2 ∼ 8 중량부 및 하기 화학식 I:[화학식 I](CH3)2N-(CH2)p-OH(식 중, p 는 4∼8의 정수를 나타냄)로 표시되는 디메틸아미노알킬알콜 0.5 ∼ 6 중량부를 함유하는 폴리올 혼합물과 폴리이소시아네이트를 혼합 교반하여 발포시키는, 고온방치 (120℃ × 24 시간 방치) 시의 강도유지율이 70 % 이상이며, 포깅시험에서의 헤이즈값이 2 이하인 반경질 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조방법.
