Claims (6)
- 판 형체로 형성되는 전열면을 하나 또는 복수 배치하여, 고온 유체(流體)와 저온 유체를 상기 전열면을 협지하여 직교류로 되도록 전열면의 양측에 각각 흐르게 하여 열 교환을 행하게 하고, 저온 유체를 액체 상태로부터 기체 상태로 상태 변화시키는 증발기에 있어서,상기 전열면이 저온 유체 흐름 방향으로 복수 구분되어, 고온 유체측과 저온 유체측에 각각 요철(凹凸)을 역으로 하여 공통으로 나타나는 소정의 요철 패턴을 전열면의 구분된 각 영역마다 각각 상이한 형상으로 형성되어 이루어지고,상기 전열면의 구분된 복수의 영역 중, 고온 유체의 공급구 정면에 위치하여 고온 유체의 유입 속도가 가장 커지는 영역의 요철 패턴을, 저온 유체 흐름 방향에 돌출된 돌출형 또는 홈형으로 연속하고, 또한 고온 유체 흐름 방향으로 소정 피치로 병렬하는 파형 횡단면의 요철 형상으로 하여 형성하는 동시에,상기 고온 유체의 유입 속도가 가장 커지는 영역에 인접하는 다른 영역의 요철 패턴을, 저온 유체 흐름 방향에 대하여 소정 각도를 이루는 경사 방향으로 돌출된 돌출형 또는 홈형으로 연속하고, 상기 경사 방향에 직교하는 방향으로 소정 피치로 병렬하는 파형 횡단면의 요철 형상으로 하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전열면의 소정의 영역에서 파형 횡단면의 요철 형상을 이루는 요철 패턴이, 고온 유체로부터의 열 전달율이 가장 양호해지는 크기의 돌출된 돌출형 또는 홈형 부분과, 저온 유체에 대하여 열 전달율이 가장 양호해지는 크기의 돌출된 돌출형 또는 홈형 부분을, 소정의 피치로 또는 하나 또는 복수 서로 조합하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 전열면은, 직사각형 또는 사각형의 판 형체로 형성되고, 전열면 주위 각 변의 방향을 고온 유체 흐름 방향 또는 저온유체 흐름 방향과 각각 일치시킴과 동시에,상기 전열면의 각 영역의 요철 패턴이, 저온 유체 흐름 방향에 평행한 전열면의 이등분선에 대해 대칭으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 전열면의 구분된 복수의 영역 중, 가장 저온 유체 유입측 가까이에 위치하는 영역의 요철 패턴이, 저온 유체 흐름 방향으로 돌출된 돌출형 또는 홈형으로 연속하고, 또한 고온 유체 흐름 방향으로 소정 피치로 병렬하는 파형 횡단면의 요철 형상으로 되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 전열면이, 상기 복수의 영역 중, 고온 유체의 유입 속도가 가장 커지는 영역에 있어서의 저온 유체측 표면의 고온 유체 흐름 방향의 중앙 부분에 위치하는 소정 범위가 다공질화(多孔質化)되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발기.
