- 원주면에 토출튜브 및 흡입튜브가 형성되는 횡방향의 쉘 내부에 편심부를 갖는 수평의 회전축을 중심으로 일측 및 타측으로 압축부 및 구동부가 형성되고 상기 회전축은 압축부의 좌.우측에 구비된 메인 프레임 및 서브 프레임에 의해서 양단이 회전가능하게 지지될 수 있도록 구성하고, 상기 압축부는 일측으로 흡입구를 갖는 실린더 내부의 작동공간에서 회전축의 편심부에 결합되고 자전이 방지된 오비터의 랩이 선회운동을 하여 상기 랩의 내.외측으로 압축실 및 토출구가 형성되도록 구성하며, 상기 오비터의 선회운동에 의하여 오일을 오일섬프에서 회전축으로 공급하는 급유수단이 구비되고, 상기 서브 베어링의 토출구측으로 머플러를 형성하여 상기 머플러의 내부에 토출실을 형성하고, 상기 압축부를 관통하여 토출실과 연통하는 토출유로가 형성되며, 상기 급유수단은 일측 및 타측에 오일섬프 내의 오일을 흡입하는 흡입튜브와 회전축과 연통하는 오일 토출튜브를 가지며, 오비터와 연동하여 펌핑 작동이 이루어지는 오일펌프로 구성된 횡형 선회베인 압축기에 있어서,상기 오일펌프는 오비터의 선회운동 및, 양측으로 펌프 흡입구와 펌프 토출구를 갖는 펌프 하우징 내부의 스프링에 의해서 상.하로 직선왕복운동을 하는 피스톤과;상기 펌프 하우징의 펌프 흡입구에 밸브 하우징의 일측이 연결되고, 타측은 오일 흡입튜브에 연결되며, 내부에는 토출측으로 밸브 스토퍼가 형성되고, 외측 둘레를 따라 다수의 오일홈을 갖는 밸브체가 측방향으로 이동이 자유롭게 구비된 흡입측 역지밸브와;상기 펌프 하우징의 펌프 토출구에 밸브 하우징의 일측이 연결되고, 타측은 오일 토출튜브에 연결되며, 내부에는 토출측으로 밸브 스토퍼가 형성되고, 외측 둘레를 따라 다수의 오일홈을 갖는 밸브체가 측방향으로 이동이 자유롭게 구비된 토출측 역지밸브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 횡형 선회베인 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 회전축의 오일공 입구측에 오일 흡입 능력을 갖는 프로펠러를 장착하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한 횡형 선회베인 압축기.
