Claims (8)
- 선회스크롤과 맞물려 연속으로 이동하는 두개 한쌍의 압축실을 형성하되, 그 상면에는 상기 압축실로 냉매가스가 흡입될 수 있도록 상기 압축실과 연통되는 흡입구가 종 방향을 따라 수직으로 형성되어 있는 고정스크롤과;상기 흡입구에 연통되게 설치되어 냉매가스를 안내하는 가스흡입관과;상기 고정스크롤에 설치되어 상기 가스흡입관이 상기 고정스크롤의 판면 방향에 대해 수평으로 설치될 수 있도록 상기 흡입구와 상기 가스흡입관을 연결하는 연결관;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 냉매흡입구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연결관은 입구측과 출구측의 방향이 서로 직각이 되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 냉매흡입구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스흡입관은 상기 연결관의 입구측 내경에 압입 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 냉매흡입구조.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 흡입구의 내부와 상기 연결관의 내부 중 어느 일측에 설치되어 냉매가 스의 역류를 방지하는 체크밸브를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 냉매흡입구조.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 체크밸브는, 상기 흡입구의 내부에 슬라이딩 가능하게 수용되어 상기 흡입구를 선택적으로 개폐하는 밸브부재와, 상기 밸브부재의 일측에 신축 가능하게 배치되어 상기 밸브부재가 상기 흡입구를 차단하는 위치로 이동하도록 탄성력을 가하는 스프링을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 냉매흡입구조.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 연결관의 출구측 선단면에 실링면이 형성되도록 상기 연결관의 출구측 내경은 상기 밸브부재의 직경보다 작은 직경을 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 냉매흡입구조.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 체크밸브는, 상기 연결관의 내부에 슬라이딩 가능하게 수용되어 상기 연결관을 선택적으로 개폐하는 밸브부재와, 상기 밸브부재의 일측에 신축 가능하게 배치되어 상기 밸브부재가 연결관을 차단하는 위치로 이동하도록 탄성력을 가하는 스프링을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 냉매흡입구조.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 밸브부재가 상기 연결관의 입구측에 결합된 가스흡입관의 선단면에 구속되며 실링면이 형성되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 냉매흡입구조.
