Claims (8)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 위치하는 제 1 금속막, 상기 제 1 금속막 상에 위치한 제 2 금속막 및 상기 제 2 금속막 상에 위치한 투명도전막을 포함하는 제 1 전극;상기 투명도전막 상에 위치한 투명도전막;상기 투명도전막 상에 위치하고, 적어도 유기발광층을 포함하는 유기막층; 및상기 유기막층 상에 위치한 제 2 전극;을 포함하며.상기 제 1 금속막은 접착금속막이며, 티타늄(Ti) 또는 알루미늄(Al)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 금속막의 두께는 50 내지 200Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 금속막은 은(Ag) 또는 은 합금(Ag alloy)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 금속막의 두께는 500 내지 2000Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 기판을 제공하고;상기 기판 상에 제 1 금속막을 적층하고;상기 제 1 금속막 상에 제 2 금속막을 적층하고;상기 제 2 금속막 상에 투명도전막을 적층하고;상기 투명도전막, 제 2 금속막 및 제 2 금속막을 차례로 식각하여 제 1 전극을 형성하고;상기 투명도전막 상에 적어도 유기발광층을 포함하는 유기막층을 형성하고;상기 유기막층 상에 제 2 전극을 형성하는 것;을 포함하고,상기 제 1 금속막은 접착금속막이며, 티타늄(Ti) 또는 알루미늄(Al)으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 금속막은 50 내지 200Å의 두께로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 금속막은 은(Ag) 또는 은 합금(Ag alloy)으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 금속막은 500 내지 2000Å의 두께로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자의 제조방법.
