Claims (11)
- 열가소성 장섬유(A)로 구성되고, 상기 열가소성 장섬유(A)의 연화 또는 용융에 의해 상기 열가소성 장섬유(A) 상호간을 열융착하여 이루어진 열융착부가 점형상으로 산재되어 이루어진 부직포 기체(基體)와 열가소성 장섬유(B)로 구성된 장섬유 웹이 적층 일체화되어 이루어지고, 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B)의 일부가 상기 부직포 기체를 관통하여 상기 부직포 기체 표면상에서 루프를 형성하고 있는 루프면을 갖고, 또 열가소성 장섬유(A)와 열가소성 장섬유(B)가 교락(交絡)되어 있고, 상기 루프면의 반대측의 비루프면에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B) 상호간은 실질적으로 고착되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,열가소성 장섬유(A) 및 열가소성 장섬유(B)의 연화 또는 용융에 의해 상기 장섬유 웹과 상기 부직포 기체가 압착되어 이루어진 열압착 구역과 상기 장섬유 웹과 상기 부직포 기체가 압착되어 있지 않은 비열압착 구역을 갖고, 상기 비열압착 구역의 표면이 루프면으로 되어 있고, 상기 열압착 구역의 표면은 루프면으로 되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,복수의 비열압착 구역과 하나하나의 상기 비열압착 구역을 둘러싸는 열압착 구역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,하나하나의 비열압착 구역의 면적은 5mm2이상이고, 비열압착 구역의 총면적은 전체 면적에 대해 40∼90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,열가소성 장섬유(A 및/또는 B)가 고융점 심성분과 저융점 초성분으로 구성되어 이루어진 심초형 복합 장섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포.
- 열가소성 장섬유(A)로 구성되고, 상기 열가소성 장섬유(A)의 연화 또는 용융에 의해 상기 열가소성 장섬유(A) 상호간을 열융착하여 이루어진 열융착부가 점형상으로 산재되어 이루어진 부직포 기체와 열가소성 장섬유(B)로 구성된 장섬유 웹을 적층한 후, 상기 장섬유 웹측에서 니들펀치를 실시함으로써 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B)의 일부를 상기 부직포 기체측에서 관통시키고, 상기 부직포 기체 표면상에서 루프를 형성시켜 루프면을 설치함과 동시에 상기 열가소성 장섬유(A)와 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B)를 교락시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항에 기재된 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포의 제조방법.
- 열가소성 장섬유(A)로 구성되고, 상기 열가소성 장섬유(A)의 연화 또는 용융에 의해 상기 열가소성 장섬유(A) 상호간을 열융착하여 이루어진 열융착부가 점형상으로 산재되어 이루어진 부직포 기체와 열가소성 장섬유(B)로 구성된 장섬유 웹을 적층한 후, 장섬유 웹측에서 니들펀치를 실시함으로써 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B)의 일부를 상기 부직포 기체측으로 관통시키고, 상기 부직포 기체 표면상에서 루프를 형성시키고, 또 상기 열가소성 장섬유(A)와 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B)를 교락시킨 후, 상기 부직포 기체측이 가열 요철롤에 맞닿고, 상기 장섬유 웹측이 평활롤에 맞닿도록 하여 가열 요철롤과 평활롤 사이를 통과시킴으로써 상기 장섬유 웹과 상기 부직포 기체가 압착되어 이루어진 열압착구역과 상기 장섬유 웹과 상기 부직포기체가 압착되지 않은 비열압착 구역을 설치하여 상기 비열압착 구역의 표면을 루프면으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 2 항에 기재된 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,요철롤로서 복수의 오목부와 상기 오목부를 둘러싸는 볼록부를 갖는 것을 이용하여 복수의 비열압착 구역과 하나하나의 상기 비열압착 구역을 둘러싸는 열압착 구역을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포의 제조방법.
- 열가소성 장섬유(B)로 구성되고, 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B) 상호간이 교락되어 이루어진 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포에 있어서,상기 열가소성 장섬유(B) 상호간이 열융착되어 있지 않은 복수의 비열압착 구역과 하나하나의 비열압착 구역을 둘러싸는 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B) 상호간이 열융착되어 있는 연속된 열압착 구역을 갖고, 상기 비열압착 구역의 표면은 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B)로 형성된 루프를 갖는 루프면으로 되어 있고, 상기 루프면의 반대측의 비루프면에 있어서 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B) 상호간은 고착되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포.

- 열가소성 장섬유(B)로 구성된 장섬유 웹에 니들 펀치를 실시함으로써 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B) 상호간을 교락시키고, 또 상기 장섬유 웹의 표면상에 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B)의 일부에 복수의 루프를 형성시킨 후, 복수의 오목부와 상기 오목부를 둘러싸는 연속된 볼록부를 갖는 가열 요철롤에 루프 형성면이 맞닿고, 루프 비형성면이 비가열 평활롤에 맞닿도록 하여 가열 요철롤과 비가열 평활롤 사이를 통과시킴으로써 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B) 상호간이 열융착되어 이루어진 연속된 열압착 구역과 상기 열가소성 장섬유(B) 상호간이 열융착되어 있지 않은 비열압착 구역을 설치하여 상기 비열압착 구역의 표면을 루프면으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 9 항에 기재된 면 패스너 루프재용 부직포의 제조방법.
