Claims (5)
- ⒜ 적어도 하나 이상의 폐리튬 이온 전지를 파쇄하는 단계와;⒝ 상기 파쇄물을 건조하여 전해질을 제거하는 단계와;⒞ 상기 전해질이 제거된 파쇄물을 미세 분쇄하고, 상기 미세 분쇄물로부터 코발트 화합물을 입도차를 이용하여 분리하는 단계와;⒟ 상기 코발트 화합물을 환원시켜 순수한 코발트를 수득하는 단계를 포함하여 폐건전지의 코발트 건식 분리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ⒜ 단계는,상기 폐리튬 이온 전지의 파쇄 조각들이 100 내지 1,600㎟의 면적을 갖도록 파쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐건전지의 코발트 건식 분리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ⒝ 단계는,상기 파쇄물을 300 내지 550℃로 열풍 건조하여 전해질을 완전 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐건전지의 코발트 건식 분리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ⒞ 단계는,상기 파쇄물을 진동 밀 또는 볼 밀을 이용하여 미세 분쇄하되, 코발트 화합물이 50 내지 100 메시의 입도를 갖는 분말이 되도록 분쇄하는 ⒞ - 1 단계와,상기 미세 분쇄물에 고압의 공기를 공급하여 코발트 화합물 분말을 비산시키는 ⒞ - 2 단계와,상기 비산된 코발트 화합물 분말을 불순물 제거용 필터를 통과시켜 불순물을 제거하여 순수한 코발트 화합물 분말을 포집 수득하는 ⒞ - 3 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐건전지의 코발트 건식 분리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ⒞ 단계는,상기 파쇄물을 진동 밀 또는 볼 밀을 이용하여 미세 분쇄하되, 코발트 화합물이 50 내지 100 메시의 입도를 갖는 분말이 되도록 분쇄하는 ⒞ - 4 단계와,상기 미세 분쇄물을 요동되는 스크린 장치 상부에 제공하여 자유 낙하에 의해 코발트 화합물 분말을 선별 수득하는 ⒞ - 5 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐건전지의 코발트 건식 분리 방법.
