Claims (9)
- 용매 추출 생성물을 생성하는 용매 추출을 사용하여, 윤활유 범위에서 비등하는 석유 분획으로부터의 방향족 화합물을 일부를 우선 제거하고, 이어서 상기 용매 추출 생성물을 용매 탈납 (dewaxing) 시킴으로써 수득되는, 90 중량% 미만의 포화 물질 함량 및 300ppmw 내지 2 중량% 의 황 함량을 갖는 윤활 기유 (lubricating base oil) 생성물로부터 출발하여, 90 중량% 초과의 포화 물질 함량, 0.03 중량% 미만의 황 함량 및 80 내지 120 의 점도 지수를 갖는 윤활 기유를 제조하는 방법으로서,하기 단계 (a), (b), (c) 및 (d) 가 수행되는 방법:(a) 250 내지 350℃ 의 온도 및 20 내지 100 bar의 압력에서, 윤활 기유 생성물을 제 1 수소화처리 단계에서 수소의 존재하, 적합한 술피드화된 수소화처리 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계;(b) 단계 (a) 의 유출물을 기체 분획과 액체 분획으로 분리시키는 단계 (여기에서 액체 분획은 50 내지 1000 ppmw 의 황 함량 및 50 ppmw 미만의 질소 함량을 가짐);(c) 단계 (b) 의 액체 분획을, 제 2 수소화처리 단계에서 수소의 존재하, 백금 및 팔라듐 및 무정형 실리카/알루미나 지지체를 포함하며 상기 백금 및 팔라듐의 총량이 0.2 내지 5 중량% 인 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계로서, 본 단계에서 압력이 20 내지 100 bar인 단계;(d) 상세된 상기 성질을 갖는 윤활 기유를 회수하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (a) 에서의 수소화처리 촉매가 하나 이상의 ⅥB 족 금속 성분, 및 철, 니켈 및 코발트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속, 및 내화 산화물 지지체를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 (a) 의 촉매가, 산화물로서 1 내지 5 중량% 의 니켈 함량 및 산화물로서 10 내지 30 중량% 의 몰리브덴 함량을 갖는 알루미나 상의 니켈/몰리브덴 촉매인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (c) 에서 사용되는 팔라듐과 백금이 합금으로서 존재하는 것인 방법.
