Claims (12)
- 원유 공급원료로부터 유래하는, 목적 포화물 함량보다 적은 포화물 함량을 갖는 무색 투명하지 않은 탄화수소 공급물을 수소화 단계로 진행시킴으로써, 20 초과의 컬러 세이볼트, 90 중량% 초과의 포화물 함량, 0.03 중량% 미만의 황 함량 및 80-120 의 점도 지수(VI)를 갖는 무색 투명 윤활성 기재 오일을 제조하는 방법으로서,수소화 단계가 공급물을 수소화 촉매의 존재 하에 수소와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하고, 여기에서 접촉은 하기 2 단계로 수행되며, 하기 단계 (a) 및 (b) 에서 사용되는 수소화 촉매는 분산된 플라티늄 금속을 포함하는 지지 촉매인 방법:(a) 300 ℃ 초과 400 ℃ 이하의 온도, 10 내지 250 바의 수소 압력 및 1 시간 당 촉매 1 리터 당 0.3 내지 2 kg 의 오일의 WSHV 에서 수소화 촉매의 존재 하에 탄화수소 공급물을 수소와 접촉시키는 단계, 및(b) 100 ℃ 초과 280 ℃ 미만의 온도, 10 내지 250 바의 수소 압력 및 1 시간 당 촉매 1 리터 당 0.3 내지 3 kg 의 오일의 WSHV 에서 수소화 촉매의 존재 하에 (a) 단계에서 수득된 중간 생성물을 수소와 접촉시키는 단계.

- 제 1 항, 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (a) 단계의 공급물이 35 내지 65 중량% 의 방향족 물질을 함유하는 방법.
