Claims (10)
- 절연 기판,상기 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 개구부를 가지고 있는 화소 전극,상기 화소 전극의 하부에 위치하여 상기 화소 전극의 표면을 돌출시키고 X자 모양을 이루는 돌기를 포함하고,상기 돌기와 상기 개구부 및 상기 화소 전극의 외곽선에 의하여 분할되는 소영역은 상기 돌기의 X자 모양 중심과 접하는 꼭지점이 모따기 되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
- 제1항에서,상기 소영역의 모따기 되어 있는 꼭지점의 대향변은 볼록 곡선인 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
- 제2항에서,상기 X자 모양 돌기 하나에 접하고 있는 4개의 상기 소영역의 볼록 곡선인 변을 그 곡률 반경을 유지하면서 연장하면 하나의 원을 이루는 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
- 절연 기판,상기 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 개구부를 가지고 있는 화소 전극,상기 화소 전극의 하부에 위치하여 상기 화소 전극의 표면을 돌출시키고 X자 모양을 이루는 돌기를 포함하고,상기 돌기와 상기 개구부 및 상기 화소 전극의 외곽선에 의하여 분할되는 소영역은 예각 삼각형인 액정 표시 장치용 기판.

- 제1 기판,상기 제1 기판에 형성되어 있는 화소 전극,상기 제1 기판과 대향하고 있는 제2 기판,상기 제2 기판에 형성되어 있는 공통 전극,상기 제2 기판에 형성되어 돌기로 이루어져 있으며 X자 모양인 제1 소영역 분할 수단,상기 제1 기판의 상기 화소 전극에 개구부로 형성되어 있는 제2 소영역 분할 수단을 포함하고,상기 제1 및 제2 소영역 분할 수단과 상기 화소 전극의 외곽선에 의하여 분할되는 소영역은 상기 제1 소영역 분할 수단의 X자 모양 중심과 접하는 꼭지점이 모따기 되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 기판,상기 제1 기판에 형성되어 있는 화소 전극,상기 제1 기판과 대향하고 있는 제2 기판,상기 제2 기판에 형성되어 있는 공통 전극,상기 제2 기판에 형성되어 돌기로 이루어져 있으며 X자 모양인 제1 소영역 분할 수단,상기 제1 기판의 상기 화소 전극에 개구부로 형성되어 있는 제2 소영역 분할 수단을 포함하고,상기 제1 및 제2 소영역 분할 수단과 상기 화소 전극의 외곽선에 의하여 분할되는 소영역은 예각 삼각형인 액정 표시 장치.
