Claims (5)
- 하나의 실외기에 복수의 실내기가 연결된 멀티 에어컨 시스템의 고장진단방법에 있어서,각 실내기에 설치된 센서의 출력값을 감지하여 센서출력값의 변화량을 산출하는 단계; 및산출된 센서출력값의 변화량을 미리 정해진 기준범위와 비교하여 상기 센서출력값의 변화량이 기준범위를 벗어나면 실내기 센서의 고장을 진단하는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 에어컨 시스템의 고장진단방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 센서는 각 실내기에 설치된 실내열교환기 입구온도센서, 실내열교환기 출구온도센서, 실내온도센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 에어컨 시스템의 고장진단방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 센서출력값의 변화량을 산출하는 단계는,압축기 정지상태에서 소정시간동안 각 실내기에 설치된 센서의 출력값을 모니터링하여 센서출력값의 변화량을 산출하는 단계; 및압축기 운전상태에서 감지된 센서출력값의 변화량을 산출하는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 에어컨 시스템의 고장진단방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 실내기 센서의 고장을 진단하는 단계는,압축기 정지상태에서 산출된 센서출력값의 변화량을 미리 정해진 기준치와 비교하여 상기 센서출력값의 변화량이 기준치를 벗어나면 실내기 센서의 고장이라고 1차 진단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 에어컨 시스템의 고장진단방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 실내기 센서의 고장을 진단하는 단계는,1차 고장이 진단된 실내기 센서의 출력값 변화량을 압축기 운전상태에서 산출하여 산출된 센서출력값의 변화량이 미리 정해진 기준범위를 벗어날 경우 실내기 센서의 고장이라고 2차 진단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 에어컨 시스템의 고장진단방법.
