Claims (3)
- 하우징과 샤프트를 연결하기 위하여 상기한 샤프트의 일단에 연결되어 상기한 하우징의 내부에 설치되며 트라이포드 타입의 트러니언이 형성되어 있는 스파이더;상기한 스파이더의 트러니언의 외주면에 설치되는 니들롤러;상기한 니들롤러의 사이에 설치되는 스틸볼;상기한 니들롤러 및 스틸볼의 외주면에 설치되는 구면롤러;상기한 니들롤러 및 구면롤러의 상단에 설치되는 스트라이크 아웃트; 및상기한 스트라이크아웃트의 상단에 설치되는 리테이너링을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속조인트용 스파이더 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기한 스파이더의 트러니언의 외주면에 설치되며 니들롤러와 스틸볼이 서로 교대로 설치될 수 있는 홀이 형성되어 있는 케이지를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속조인트용 스파이더 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기한 스틸볼의 지름은 니들롤러의 지름보다 5~10% 정도 크게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속조인트용 스파이더 조립체.
