Claims (4)
- 시험관 반송로의 반송 방향 변환 장치에 있어서,중간부에 결합 출구를 포함하고, 시험관 홀더를 제 1 처리 유닛으로 반송하도록 구성된 제 1 반송로로서, 상기 시험관 홀더는 이 시험관 홀더에 합체된 원통형 부분상에 설치된 금속 링을 구비하는, 상기 제 1 반송로와,상기 제 1 반송로의 상기 결합 출구와 대향된 결합 입구를 포함하며, 상기 결합 입구를 통해 수용된 시험관 홀더를 제 2 처리 유닛으로 반송하도록 구성된 제 2 반송로와,상기 결합 출구를 결합 입구에 연결하며, 상기 시험관 홀더가 떨어지는 것을 방지하면서 상기 결합 출구를 통해 수용된 시험관 홀더를 결합 입구로 안내하도록 구성된 릴레이 부재와,상기 제 1 반송로의 결합 출구에 대향된 개폐 아암으로서, 상기 개폐 아암은 상기 시험관 홀더가 제 1 처리 유닛으로 반송될 때 제 1 반송로를 통해 시험관 홀더가 통과되게 허용하는 반송로 개방 상태로 설정되며, 상기 개폐 아암은 상기 시험관 홀더가 제 2 처리 유닛으로 반송될 때 시험관 홀더를 결합 입구로 수용 및 안내하는 반송로 폐쇄 상태로 설정되는, 상기 개폐 아암과,상기 릴레이 부재에 인접하게 설치되고, 상기 시험관 홀더를 결합 출구로부터 결합 입구까지 그리고 그 후에 결합 입구로부터 제 2 반송로까지 이동시키도록 구성된 방향 변환 기구를 포함하며,상기 방향 변환 부재가,수직축을 중심으로 회전 가능하며, 상기 결합 출구로부터 상기 결합 입구까지 시험관 홀더의 반송이 이뤄질 수 있게 하는 직경을 가지며, 상기 시험관 홀더의 금속 링을 끌어당길 수 있는 높이에 위치되어 있는 회전 부재와,상기 회전 부재의 외주에 매립된 다수의 마그네트와,상기 시험관 홀더를 상기 결합 출구로부터 상기 결합 입구까지 이동시키도록 마그네트와 함께 회전 부재를 회전시키도록 구성된 구동 모터를 구비하는시험관 반송로의 반송 방향 변환 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 반송로가 직각 또는 예각으로 상기 제 1 반송로와 교차하는 분기 반송로이며, 상기 분기 반송로는 반송 방향에 대해서 상단부 포트를 구비하며, 상기 상단부 포트는 결합 입구로서 작용하며, 상기 릴레이 부재는 상기 상단부 포트와 결합 출구 사이에 개재되는시험관 반송로의 반송 방향 변환 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 반송로는 상기 제 2 반송로와의 사이에 소정의 간격을 두고 제 2 반송로와 평행하게 연장되며,상기 제 2 반송로의 반송 방향이 상기 제 1 반송로의 반송 방향과 상이하며,상기 릴레이 부재는 상기 제 1 반송로의 결합 출구와 상기 제 2 반송로의 결합 입구 사이에 개재되어 있으며,상기 개폐 아암은 상기 제 1 반송로의 결합 출구와 대향되어 있고, 상기 제 2 반송로의 결합 출구와 대향되게 동기 개폐 아암이 설치되며, 상기 동기 개폐 아암은 상기 개폐 아암의 개폐 작동과 동기되어 개폐되며, 상기 동기 개폐 아암은, 이 동기 개폐 아암이 반송로 폐쇄 위치로 반경방향으로 돌출될 경우 상기 결합 입구를 통해 수용된 시험관 홀더를 제 2 반송로의 폭방향 중앙부로 안내하며,상기 마그네트를 구비한 회전 부재는 시험관 홀더를 제 1 반송로로 끌어당겨 회전시키며, 이에 의해 상기 제 1 시험관 홀더를 제 2 반송로로 안내하는시험관 반송로의 반송 방향 변환 장치.
- 시험관 반송로의 반송 방향 변환 장치에 있어서,시험관 홀더를 제 1 방향으로 반송하도록 구성된 제 1 반송로와,상기 제 1 방향과 상이한 제 2 방향으로 시험관 홀더를 반송하도록 구성된 제 2 반송로와,상기 제 1 반송로를 제 2 반송로에 결합하며, 상기 제 1 반송로에 결합된 제 1 결합부를 통해 수용된 시험관 홀더를 상기 제 2 반송로에 결합된 제 2 결합부로 반송하도록 구성된 릴레이 반송로와,상기 제 1 반송로에 결합된 제 1 결합부와 대향된 개폐 아암으로서, 상기 시험관 홀더가 상기 제 1 반송로부터 상기 제 2 반송로로 반송될 때 상기 개폐 아암 은 상기 제 1 반송로상으로 반송된 시험관 홀더를 수납하며, 수납한 시험관 홀더를 제 1 결합부로 안내하는, 상기 개폐 아암과,상기 릴레이 반송로에 인접한 마그네트를 구비하며 회전 부재로서, 상기 회전 부재는 상기 마그네트를 이용하여 개폐 아암에 의해 수용된 시험관 홀더에 합체된 금속 링을 자기적으로 끌어당기며, 이에 의해 마그네트의 회전에 따라 회전 부재를 따라 시험관 홀더를 이동시키는, 상기 회전 부재를 포함하는시험관 반송로의 반송 방향 변환 장치.
