Claims (4)
- 탄소함량이 0.80 ~ 0.86wt%이고 직경이 5.0 ~ 5.5mm 인 와이어로드를 신선하는 1차 가공단계; 및상기 1차 가공 후 중간 열처리 및 황동도금을 한 다음 97.5% 이상 100% 보다 작은 감면율을 갖도록 습식신선 가공하여 직경이 0.20 ~ 0.30mm이고 인장강도가 340 ~ 380kg/mm2인 소선을 수득하는 2차 가공단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슈퍼하이텐설 스틸코드용 소선 제조방법.
