Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 바인더 중합체 및 상기 바인더 중합체 표면에 화학결합된 분산제를 포함하는 전극용 복합 바인더 중합체로서, 상기 분산제는 수용성 작용기를 포함하는 중합 가능한 단량체 또는 이의 중합체인 것이 특징인 전극용 복합 바인더 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바인더 중합체 중합시 중합 전환율이 전체 반응의 50 % 이상 진행된 후에 분산제가 첨가된 것이 특징인 복합 바인더 중합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 바인더 중합체는 방향족 비닐 단량체, 공역디엔계 단량체, (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체, 니트릴계 단량체, 불포화 카르본산계 단량체로 구성된 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 단량체로 제조된 것이 특징인 복합 바인더 중합체.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 방향족 비닐 단량체는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, β-메틸스티렌, 디비닐벤젠이고; 공역디엔계 단량체는 1,3-부타디엔, 이소프렌, 2,3-디메틸-1,3-부타디엔, 1,3-펜타디엔이며; (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체는 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, n-부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, n-아밀(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소아밀(메타)아크릴레이트, n-헥실(메타)아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실(메타)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 라우릴(메타)아크릴레이트이고; 니트릴계 단량체는 아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타아크릴로니트릴이며; 불포화 카르본산계 단량체는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타콘산, 푸마르산, 시트라콘산, 메타콘산, 글루타콘산, 크로톤산, 이소크로톤산인 것이 특징인 복합 바인더 중합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 분산제는1) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 알콕시폴리알킬렌옥사이드(메타)아크릴산 에스테르 단량체;2) 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 (메타)아크릴산 유래의 단량체;3) 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 반응형 계면활성제;4) 상기 제1 분산제의 단량체를 50 내지 90 중량%, 상기 제2 분산제의 단량체를 5 내지 45 중량%, 상기 제3 분산제의 반응형 계면활성제를 0.5 내지 40 중량% 포함하는 공중합체; 및5) 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 폴리카르복시산계 단량체(제5 분산제) 로 구성된 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 것이 특징인 복합 바인더 중합체.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서, R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸이며, R2O는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬렌옥사이드로 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물이고 2종 이상인 경우에는 블록상 또 는 랜덤상으로 부가될 수 있으며, R3는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬이며, n은 1 내지 50의 정수임.[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2에서, R4는 수소원자 또는 메틸이며, M1은 수소, 1가 금속, 2가 금속, 암모늄 또는 유기 아민임.[화학식 3]상기 화학식 3에서, R5는 수소원자 또는 메틸이며, R6는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬렌, 페닐렌 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 페닐렌이고, R7O는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬렌옥사이드로 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물이며 2종 이상인 경우에는 블록상 또는 랜덤상으로 부가될 수 있고, M2는 수소원자, 1가 금속원자, 2가 금속원자, 암모늄 또는 유기 아민기이며, m은 10 내지 50의 정수이고, r은 0 또는 1임.[화학식 4]상기 화학식 4에서, R8는 수소원자 또는 메틸이며, R9는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬렌이며, t는 1 내지 10의 정수임.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 분산제는 바인더 중합체 전체 고형분의 0.01 중량% 내지 30 중량% 차지하는 것이 특징인 복합 바인더 중합체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합 바인더 중합체와 전극 활물질을 함유한 전극용 슬러리.
- 제7항에 있어서, 분산매로 물을 사용하는 전극용 슬러리.
- 제8항에 기재된 슬러리가 집전체에 도포되어 제조된 전극.
- 제9항에 기재된 전극으로 제조된 2차 전지.
