Claims (19)
- 골재성분을 함유한 무기질 성분과, 가소제를 함유한 수지성분으로 구성되고, 무기질성분이 전체량의 60 중량% 이상, 수지성분이 40 중량% 이하인 유기·무기질 복합재로서, 무기질 성분은 2~70메시 크기의 골재성분과 100메시 크기이하의 입자지름이 작은 미립성분에 의해 구성되고, 골재성분과 미립성분의 중량비가 골재성분/미립성분 = 1/10 ~ 10/1 이고, 상기 복합재의 표면경도가 비커스경도(JIS Z 2244)로 400 이상이고, 파괴없이 굽힘가공할 수 있는 곡률반경이 두께 3~15mm 의 판형상체에 있어서 R25mm 이상이고, 상기 굽힘가공에 필요한 힘이 1kgf/㎠ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 연질 복합재.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 축광재 또는 형광재가 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 난연재가 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수지성분중에 착색하는 안료가 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 항균재가 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성형체의 표면이 연마 또는 워터젯 가공, 또는 연마후의 워터젯 가공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기성분의 주성분이 메타크릴계 수지이고, 폴리메타크릴레이트와, 메타크릴레이트 모노머 및 아크릴레이트 모노머 중 1종 이상과의 배합에 의해 경화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제17항에 있어서, 폴리메타크릴레이트가 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA)이고, 메타크릴레이트 모노머 및 아크릴레이트 모노머가 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸헥실메타크릴레이트 및 에틸헥실아크릴레이트중 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
