Claims (6)
- 바이어스 자계를 발생하는 자석과,이 자석의 바이어스 자계중에, 피검출 대상인 요철 형상 자성 회전체에 대향하여 그 회전 방향으로 나열되어 배치되고, 상기 피검출 대상의 회전에 따른 바이어스 자계의 상태 변화에 따라 저항 변화를 발생시키는 자기 저항 효과 소자 세트로 구성된 제 1, 제 2 브리지 회로와,상기 제 1 브리지 회로의 중점 전압의 증감 방향을 검출하고 논리값을 출력하는 제 1 비교기와,상기 제 2 브리지 회로의 중점 전압의 증감 방향을 검출하고 논리값을 출력하는 제 2 비교기와,상기 제 1 브리지 회로의 중점 전압과 상기 제 2 브리지 회로의 중점 전압의 차를 검출하고 논리값을 출력하는 제 3 비교기와,상기 제 1 비교기와 제 2 비교기의 출력의 논리값이 모두 "1"일 때 "1"을 출력하고, 모두 "0"일 때 "0"을 출력하며, 그 이외일 때는 이전값을 유지하여 출력하는 논리 정보 도출 수단을 구비하고,상기 제 1, 제 2, 제 3 비교기 및 논리 정보 도출 수단의 출력의 조합에 의하여 상기 피검출 대상의 회전 방향을 식별하도록 한회전 상태 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 제 2 비교기는, 상기 제 1, 제 2 브리지 회로의 중점 전압과 그 지연 출력을 비교하여 상기 제 1, 제 2 브리지 회로의 중점 전압의 증감 방향을 검출하고 논리값을 출력하는 것인 회전 상태 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 제 2 브리지 회로의 중점 전압을 로우패스 필터를 거쳐서 출력하여, 오 동작을 억제하도록 한 회전 상태 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 제 2 브리지 회로의 중점 전압의 아날로그값을 디지털값으로 변환하는 A/D 컨버터를 마련하고, 상기 A/D 컨버터의 디지털값 출력과 그 지연 출력을 비교하여 상기 제 1, 제 2 브리지 회로의 중점 전압의 증감 방향을 검출하고 논리값을 출력하도록 한 회전 상태 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비교기 또는 상기 논리 정보 도출 수단은 마이크로컴퓨터에 의해 구성되어 있는 회전 상태 검출 장치.
- 바이어스 자계를 발생하는 자석과, 이 자석의 바이어스 자계중에, 피검출 대상인 요철 형상 자성 회전체에 대향하여 그 회전 방향으로 나열되어 배치되고, 상기 피검출 대상의 회전에 따른 바이어스 자계의 상태 변화에 따라 저항 변화를 발생시키는 자기 저항 효과 소자 세트로 구성된 제 1, 제 2 브리지 회로를 이용하여, 상기 피검출 대상의 회전 방향을 검출하는 회전 상태 검출 방법으로서,상기 제 1 브리지 회로의 중점 전압의 증감 방향을 검출하여 논리값을 출력하는 제 1 단계와,상기 제 2 브리지 회로의 중점 전압의 증감 방향을 검출하여 논리값을 출력하는 제 2 단계와,상기 제 1 브리지 회로의 중점 전압과 상기 제 2 브리지 회로의 중점 전압의 차를 검출하여 논리값을 출력하는 제 3 단계와,상기 제 1 단계의 출력 논리값과 상기 제 2 단계의 출력 논리값이 모두 "1"일 때 "1"을 출력하고, 모두 "0"일 때 "0"을 출력하며, 그 이외일 때는 이전값을 유지하여 출력하는 제 4 단계와,상기 제 1, 제 2, 제 3, 제 4 단계의 출력의 조합에 의하여 상기 피검출 대상의 회전 방향을 식별하는 단계를 포함하는 회전 상태 검출 방법.
