Abstract
Description
또한 본 발명에 따른 액정표시장치 제조방법은 제1 기판 상에 블랙매트릭스, 컬러필터, 공통전극, 0.6% 이거나 더 큰 면적밀도를 가진 패턴 스페이서; 배향막을 형성하는 단계와; 제2 기판 상에 게이트 배선, 데이터 배선, 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차점에 형성되는 TFT소자와, 볼 스페이서를 형성하는 단계와; 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판을 가압 경화하여 합착하는 단계와; 상기 합착된 액정 패널을 단위 액정 셀로 절단하는 단계와; 상기 단위 액정 셀에 액정을 형성하고 가압 봉지하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)
- 제1 기판 및 제 2 기판;상기 제1 기판상에 형성된 블랙매트릭스;상기 블랙매트릭스가 형성된 기판 상에 형성된 컬러필터층;상기 컬러필터층상에 형성된 공통전극;상기 공통전극상에 형성되고, 0.6% 이거나 더 큰 면적밀도를 가진 패턴 스페이서;상기 공통전극상에 형성된 배향막;상기 제2 기판 상에 형성된 게이트 전극 및 게이트배선;상기 제2기판상에 형성되고, 상기 게이트배선과 수직교차하는 데이터배선;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터배선이 교차되는 상기 제2기판상에 형성되는 스위칭소자;상기 제2기판상에 형성되고, 상기 스위칭소자와 연결되는 화소전극;상기 화소전극상에 형성된 보호막;상기 보호막상에 형성되는 배향막; 및상기 배향막상에 형성된 볼 스페이서;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 볼 스페이서는 패턴 스페이서와 같은 기판에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 볼 스페이서의 밀도는 25개/㎠ 이거나 더 큰 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1 기판 상에 블랙매트릭스, 컬러필터, 공통전극, 면적밀도가 0.6% 이거나 더 큰 패턴 스페이서, 배향막을 형성하는 단계와;제2 기판 상에 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선, 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차점에 형성되는 TFT소자와, 볼 스페이서를 형성하는 단계와;상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판을 가압 경화하여 합착하는 단계와;상기 합착된 액정 패널을 단위 액정 셀로 절단하는 단계와;상기 단위 액정 셀에 액정을 형성하고 가압 봉지하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 볼 스페이서의 산포방법은 건식 산포방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 볼 스페이서는 상기 패턴 스페이서와 같은 기판 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 볼 스페이서의 밀도는 25개/㎠ 이거나 더 큰 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
