Claims (11)
- (a) 카커스 구조체(2)와,(b) 상기 카커스 구조체(2) 둘레에 동축상으로 뻗쳐있는 벨트 구조체(10)와,(c) 상기 벨트 구조체(10) 둘레에 동축상으로 뻗쳐있는 트레드(15)를 구비하고,상기 카커스 구조체(2)는(a1) 각각의 카커스 플라이(3,4)내에 서로 평행하게 보강 코드(8,9)가 각각 설치되어 있고, 타이어의 적도면(x-x)에 대하여 각각의 카커스 플라이(3,4)내에서 경사진 방향에 따라 방향결정되며, 인접 카커스 플라이(3,4)와는 반대방향으로 되어 있는 적어도 한 쌍의 중첩된 카커스 플라이(3,4)와,(a2) 상기 카커스 플라이(3,4) 사이에 끼워져 있는 탄성 재료로 만들어진 시트(11)를 포함하고,상기 벨트 구조체(10)는(b1) 탄성 재료로 만들어지는 적어도 하나의 시트(12)를 구비하는 반경방향의 내측층과,(b2) 타이어의 적도면(x-x)에 대해 0°의 각도에서 둘레방향으로 감겨진 적어도 하나의 늘어나지 않는 코드를 나란하게 축방향으로 배치된 복수의 둘레방향 코일(14a)을 가진 반경방향 외측층과,를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 카커스 구조체 (2)의 적어도 하나의 플라이(3,4)에 포함된 보강 코드(8,9)는 타이어의 적도면(x-x)에 대해 25°내지 75°범위의 왕관 각도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 카커스 플라이(3,4)에 내장된 보강 코드(8,9)는 반경방향의 인접 카커스 플라이 (3,4)의 보강 코드(8,9)의 재료와는 다른 재료로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 카커스 플라이(3,4) 사이에 삽입된 탄성 재료로 만들어진 상기 시트(12)는 그 접착 특성을 변경하지 않고 신축 특성을 증가시키기에 적합한 결합 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 벨트 구조체(10)의 반경방향 내측층의 탄성 재료로 만들어진 상기 적어도 하나의 시트(11)는 그 접착 특성을 변경하지 않고 신축 특성을 증가시키시에 적합한 결합 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 결합 수단은 아라미드 펄프를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 벨트 구조체(10)의 탄성 재료로 만들어진 상기 적어도 하나의 시트(11)는 0.5 내지 3mm 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 타이어의 적도면(x-x)에 대해 0°의 각도로 배열된 상기 코드 코일(14a)은 상기 벨트 구조체(10)의 축방향에서의 횡방향 전개폭에 걸쳐 일정한 밀도로 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 타이어의 적도면(x-x)에 대해 0°의 각도로 배열된 상기 코드 코일(14a)은 상기 벨트 구조체(10)의 축방향에서의 횡방향 전개폭에 걸쳐 가변적인 밀도로 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 코드 코일(14a)의 밀도는 상기 적도면(x-x)으로부터 벨트 구조체(10)의 끝단을 향해 점차적으로 증가하고 상기 밀도는 적도면(x-x)의 양 측에 위치된 부분에서 15 코드/cm보다 크지 않은 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 코드 코일(14a)이 분포되는 밀도는 다음 관계식에 의해 결정되고:여기서,No는 적도면의 양측에 위치한 단위 폭(unitary width)의 중심 부분내에 배치된 코드 코일(14a)의 개수이고;R은 상기 중앙 부분의 중심과 타이어 회전축 사이의 거리이고;r은 벨트 구조체(10)의 상기 반경방향 외측층의 끝단과 적도면(x-x) 사이에 위치된 소정 단위 부분의 중심과 타이어 회전축 사이의 거리이고;K는 코드(14)의 구성재료 및 배열, 코드(14) 주위의 고무의 양, 그리고 상기 단위 부분에 있는 벨트 구조체(10)의 반경방향 내측층(11)의 무게를 고려한 매개변수로서, 기준 값에서 벗어난 왕관 윤곽(crown profile)을 따라 분포된 벨트 구조체(10)의 반경방향 내측층(11)의 구조적 특징 및 재료 종류의 변화에 따라 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 2륜 차량용 고횡곡률 타이어.
