Abstract
Description
에어필터와 연료전지스택 사이를 직접 연결해 에어필터를 지난 외부 공기를 연료전지스택으로 공급하는 공기통로와;
상기 공기통로 상에서 에어필터 쪽으로 설치되어, 연료전지스택의 출력이 15 ㎾ 에서 최대 효율로 작동되는 저속용 공기공급기와;
상기 공기통로 상에서 저속용 공기공급기에 간격을 두고 연료전지스택 쪽으로 설치되어, 연료전지스택의 출력이 15 ㎾를 기준으로 이 보다 높은 출력 값을 가질 때 최대 효율로 작동되는 고속용 공기공급기와;
연료전지스택의 출력값을 측정하는 출력감지수단과,
상기 출력감지수단의 측정 출력 값이 14㎾에서 16㎾ 구간이면, 출력 값 14㎾에서 저속용 공기공급기가 완전 정지되는 출력 값 16㎾로 상승될 때까지 저속용 공기공급기의 구동력을 줄이면서, 출력 값 14㎾부터 고속용 공기공급기를 구동시켜 출력 값이 16㎾를 넘어 증가 된 후 고속용 공기공급기를 최대 구동력을 갖도록 제어하는 반면, 상기 출력감지수단의 측정 출력 값이 16㎾에서 14㎾구간이면, 출력 값 16㎾에서 고속용 공기공급기가 완전 정지되는 출력 값 14kW로 저하될 때까지 고속용 공기공급기의 구동력을 줄이면서, 출력 값 16㎾로부터 저속용 공기공급기를 구동시켜 출력 값이 14㎾로 저하된 후 저속용 공기공급기를 최대 구동력을 갖도록 제어하는 제어부;
로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 상기 공기통로(11)의 입구라는 의미는 에어필터(10)쪽으로 저속용 공기공급기(21)가 설치됨에 따라 공기가 저속용 공기공급기(21)를 통해 흡입된다는 것이고, 상기 공기통로(11)의 출구라는 의미는 저속용 공기공급기(21)를 통해 배출되는 압축공기를 유입하는 위치에 고속용 공기공급기(22)가 설치된다는 의미이다.

- 연료전지 공기공급시스템에 있어서;에어필터와 연료전지스택 사이를 직접 연결해 에어필터를 지난 외부 공기를 연료전지스택으로 공급하는 공기통로와;상기 공기통로 상에서 에어필터 쪽으로 설치되어, 연료전지스택의 출력이 15 ㎾ 에서 최대 효율로 작동되는 저속용 공기공급기와;상기 공기통로 상에서 저속용 공기공급기에 간격을 두고 연료전지스택 쪽으로 설치되어, 연료전지스택의 출력이 15 ㎾를 기준으로 이 보다 높은 출력 값을 가질 때 최대 효율로 작동되는 고속용 공기공급기와;연료전지스택의 출력값을 측정하는 출력감지수단과,상기 출력감지수단의 측정 출력 값이 14㎾에서 16㎾ 구간이면, 출력 값 14㎾에서 저속용 공기공급기가 완전 정지되는 출력 값 16㎾로 상승될 때까지 저속용 공기공급기의 구동력을 줄이면서, 출력 값 14㎾부터 고속용 공기공급기를 구동시켜 출력 값이 16㎾를 넘어 증가 된 후 고속용 공기공급기를 최대 구동력을 갖도록 제어하는 반면, 상기 출력감지수단의 측정 출력 값이 16㎾에서 14㎾구간이면, 출력 값 16㎾에서 고속용 공기공급기가 완전 정지되는 출력 값 14kW로 저하될 때까지 고속용 공기공급기의 구동력을 줄이면서, 출력 값 16㎾로부터 저속용 공기공급기를 구동시켜 출력 값이 14㎾로 저하된 후 저속용 공기공급기를 최대 구동력을 갖도록 제어하는 제어부;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 직렬형 공기공급시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 공기통로의 측부에는 고속용 공기공급기의 전,후에서 바이패스관이 별도로 추가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 직렬형 공기공급시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 바이패스관의 입구 및 출구에는 개도조절밸브가 각각 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 직렬형 공기공급시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 공기통로에는, 상기 고속용 공기공급기의 전, 후에 각각 개도조절밸브 가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 직렬형 공기공급시스템.
