Claims (3)
- 플랜지가 단부에 결합된 강관 연결구조에 있어서,상기 플랜지는 외주면에 단턱(111)이 형성된 플랜지 몸체(110)가 강관(200)의 단부에 사출성형으로 결합되어지고, 상기 단턱(111)의 외주면 상,하부에 반원형태로 만곡된 양단부로 체결홈(121)(121')(122)(122')이 형성된 연결구(120a)(120b)의 내주면이 각각 맞닿아 상기 체결홈(121)(121')(122)(122')으로 삽입되는 수직볼트(130)로 결합되어지고, 상기 연결구(120a)(120b)의 외주면에 축방향의 연결홈(141a)(141b)을 갖는 연결가이더(140a)(140b)가 일체로 형성되어 상기 플랜지와 또 다른 강관(200')의 플랜지 사이에 패킹(160)이 개재되어지고, 상기 각각 연결가이더(140a)(140b)에 수평볼트(150)가 결합되어 강관이 연결되어지도록 구성되며,상기 패킹(160)은 소정 두께를 갖는 링형태로 외주면에 관통홈(161)이 형성된 다수개의 고정편(162)이 일정간격으로 형성되어 연결가이더(140a)(140b)로 삽입되는 수평볼트(150)에 의하여 결합되어지도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 플랜지가 결합된 강관 연결구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 또 다른 강관(200')의 플랜지는 다른 연결홈(310)이 형성된 연결부재(300)를 사출성형하여 결합되어지도록 하고, 상기 다른 연결홈(310)에 수평볼트(150)로 결합되어지되, 상기 플랜지와 연결부재(300) 사이에 패킹(160)이 개재되어짐을 특징으로 하는 플랜지가 결합된 강관 연결구조.
