Claims (6)
- 광학필름;상기 광학필름 상에 위치하는 수지층; 및상기 수지층의 표면에 위치하고, 나노입자의 간격이 0 나노미터보다 크고 400 나노미터보다 작으며, 상기 나노입자의 재료는 이산화 규소를 포함하는 복수 개의 나노입자;를 적어도 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광학필름은 기판을 포함하고, 상기 기판의 재료는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 트리아세틸셀롤로스 필름으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 하나가 선택되며, 상기 수지층의 재료는 아크릴 수지이고, 상기 나노입자의 사이즈는 0 나노미터보다 크고 400 나노미터보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지필름.
- 0 나노미터보다 크고 400 나노미터보다 작은 사이즈인 나노입자이고, 상기 나노입자의 재료는 이산화규소를 포함하는 복수 개의 나노입자를 갖는 수지재료를 제공하는 단계;상기 수지재료를 광학필름에 도포하여 수지층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 광학필름을 베이킹하여 상기 수지층의 표면에 0 나노미터보다 크고 400 나노미터보다 작은 간격으로 상기 나노입자를 분포시키는 단계를 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지필름의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,자외선을 조사하여 상기 수지층을 고화시키고, 상기 나노입자의 위치를 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지필름의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 광학필름은 기판을 포함하고, 상기 기판의 재료는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 트리아세틸셀롤로스 필름으로부터 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 하나가 선택되고, 상기 수지재료는 아크릴 수지를 포함하고, 상기 수지재료의 용제는 이소프로필알콜이고, 상기 나노입자의 사이즈는 50~100 나노미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 나노입자의 사이즈는 50~100 나노미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지필름.
