Claims (4)
- 분사 단계 이후에 내연기관의 연료 분사 펌프(4)의 압축실(4k) 내의 과잉 연료 복귀 오리피스(4b) 내의 공동 현상을 제거하는 장치로서, 상기 분사 펌프는 연료가 압축실에 도달할 수 있도록 하는 낮은 손실수두를 갖는 제 1 체크 밸브(3)를 포함하는 이송관(2)에 연결되고 이어서 과잉 연료 복귀관(5)에 연결되는 구성으로 된, 장치에 있어서,복귀관은 분사 펌프의 복귀 오리피스에 나란하게 그리고 근접한 상태에서 분사 펌프의 상기 복귀 오리피스 내의 압력을 상승시킬 수 있도록 규격이 정해진 제 2 체크 밸브(6)와, 보통은 개방된 상태로 유지되지만 상기 제 1 체크 밸브의 상부에 위치하는 이송관 내의 압력보다 복귀 오리피스 내의 압력이 더 커질 경우 폐쇄되는 2-포트 밸브(7)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사 펌프 내의 공동 현상 제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2-포트 밸브(7)에는 제 1 체크 밸브(3)의 상류에서의 압력이 복귀 오리피스(4b) 내의 압력과 사실상 동일할 때 상기 밸브를 개방시키는 스프링(7c)이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 분사 펌프 내의 공동 현상 제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복귀관(5)은 정격 제 2 체크 밸브(6) 및 2-포트 밸브(7)의 상류에 병렬로 연결된 축압기(8)를 포함하는 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 분사 펌프 내의 공동 현상 제거 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치를 내연기관에서의 연료 분사에 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
