Claims (8)
- 하이브리드 차량용 무단변속장치에 있어서,엔진(10)의 출력축(11)에 치합되는 케리어(20)와;상기 케리어(20)의 좌우측에 배치되는 링형모터(30)와;상기 좌우 링형모터(30)의 축(31)에 치합되는 좌우측 선기어(40)와;상기 엔진(10)과 연결된 케리어(20)와 상기 링형모터(30)와 연결된 선기어(40)의 회전을 가감하여 차축에 전달하는 변속부(60)와;상기 변속부(60)의 회전력을 기어간의 치합으로 감속시키는 감속기어부(70)가;상기 엔진(10)에 케리어(20)가 치합하여 회전력을 변속부(60)에 전달하고, 좌우양단의 링형모터(30)는 그 선기어(40)를 통해 변속부(60)로 전달하여, 엔진(10)과 양측의 링형모터(30)의 선택적 회전을 통해 그 회전력을 감속기어부(70)로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 무단변속장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 변속부(60)는,상기 케리어(20)가 관통된 선기어(40)의 일측단 외주면의 기어산에 맞물린 다수의 유성기어(51)와;상기 유성기어(51)들의 외주면 일측이 돌출되며, 그 내주면 일측단은 케리어 (20)의 외주면 기어와 맞물린 제1기어(52)와;상기 제1기어(52)의 외주면으로 돌출된 다수의 유성기어(51)의 외주면 기어산(53)과 그 내주면의 기어산(54)이 치합된 링기어(55)가;상기 케리어(20)의 각각 양측에 대칭되게 구성되며, 엔진(10)의 회전력과 양측 링형모터(30)의 회전력에서 발생된 상대속도를 변속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 무단변속장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감속기어부(70)는,상기 좌우측 링기어(55)의 외주면의 기어산(56)과 치합된 1차감속기어(71)와;상기 1차감속기어(71)에 치합된 2차감속기어(72)가;변속부(60)의 회전속도를 받아 감속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 무단변속장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 링형모터(30)는,차체에 설치된 MCU(모터제어기)를 통해 운전상황에 따라 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 무단변속장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 링형모터(30)는,측면부피를 최소화하기 위하여 지름을 키우고, 폭을 좁게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 무단변속장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 링형모터(30)는,축전기와 전기적으로 연결되어 전류를 충전시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 무단변속장치.
- 제 1항, 4항, 5항 또는 6항 중 어느 한 항에 에 있어서,상기 링형모터(30)는,AC 링형모터에 냉각을 위한 팬이나 또는 냉각핀을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 무단변속장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감속기어부(70)에는,다양한 차량의 차축과 인터페이스를 위하여 별도의 스프로켓과 체인이나 또는 타이밍풀리와 타이밍밸트를 부착시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 무단변속장치.
