Claims (4)
- 인(P) 4.8∼7.5%, 주석(Sn) 0.2∼7.0%, 니켈(Ni) 0.2∼6.0% 및 잔량의 동(Cu)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인동합금 경납땜봉.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인동합금 경납땜봉이 실리콘 0.001∼3.0%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인동합금 경납땜봉.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인동합금 경납땜봉이 경납땜시 작업온도가 530∼790℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 인동합금 경납땜봉.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인동합금 경납땜봉이 선상, 봉상, 롤상, 링 및 사각재로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 인동합금 경납땜봉.
