Description
Claims (10)
- 베이스 상에 회전가능하게 설치되는 광디스크의 기록면에 정보를 기록 및/또는 재생시키기 위한 광기록 재생장치에 있어서,상기 기록면에 광스폿이 형성되도록 광을 집속시키는 대물렌즈를 포함하는 광픽업과;상기 베이스에 설치되는 보이스코일모터에 의해 상기 광디스크의 반경방향으로 회동가능하게 설치되는 액츄에이터아암;일측의 고정단부는 상기 액츄에이터아암의 상기 기록면과 마주하는 면에 고정되어 타측의 자유단부를 탄성바이어스시키며, 상기 자유단부를 상기 반경방향으로 미세회동시키도록 외력에 의해 탄성변형되는 힌지부를 가지는 로드빔과;상기 로드빔의 상기 기록면과 마주하는 면에 일단이 지지되고, 타단에는 상기 기록면에 접촉되며 그 내부에 상기 대물렌즈가 장착되는 슬라이더가 설치되는 플렉셔; 및상기 액츄에이터아암과 상기 로드빔 각각의 마주하는 자유단부에 설치되며, 상기 로드빔의 자유단부에 상기 반경방향으로 구동력을 제공하는 구동수단;을 포함하여,상기 슬라이더를 상기 힌지부를 중심으로 상기 액츄에이터아암에 대해 독립적으로 상기 반경방향으로 미세 이동되는 것을 특징으로 광기록 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 힌지부는 상기 고정단부와 상기 자유단부 각각의 테두리를 연결하도록 한 쌍이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 힌지부는 상기 로드빔의 상기 고정단부와 상기 자유단부 사이에 형성되는 구멍의 주변에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정단부와 상기 자유단부 및 상기 힌지부는 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단은,상기 액츄에이터아암과 상기 로드빔 각각의 자유단부에 상호 대면되게 설치되는 마그네크와 한 쌍의 코일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생장치.
- 베이스 상에 회전가능하게 지지된 광디스크에 정보를 기록 및/또는 재생시키기 위한 광기록 재생장치에 있어서,상기 광디스크의 기록면에 접촉되는 슬라이더를 지지하여 상기 광디스크의 반경방향으로 회동시키는 액츄에이터 조립체와;상기 액츄에이터 조립체에 설치되어 광을 생성하는 광원과, 상기 광원과 상기 기록면 사이의 광경로 상에 배치되어 광의 진행경로를 변환하는 광경로분기수단과, 상기 슬라이더 내에 장착되어 상기 광경로분기수단에서 분기된 광을 상기 기록면에 집속시키는 대물렌즈와, 상기 기록면에서 반사되고 상기 대물렌즈 및 광경로수단을 경유하여 입사된 광을 수광하는 광검출기와, 적어도 상기 광원과 상기 광경로분기수단을 연결하며 상기 광원에서 생성된 광을 집속하여 상기 광경로분기수단으로 보내는 광화이버를 포함하여, 상기 광디스크의 기록면에 광스폿이 형성되도록 하는 광픽업;을 포함하여,상기 광원와 상기 광경로분기수단 사이에서의 광손실을 억제하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 액츄에이터 조립체는, 상기 베이스에 설치되는 보이스코일모터에 의해 상기 반경방향으로 왕복회동되는 액츄에이터아암과, 상기 액츄에이터아암에 일단이 고정되며 타단을 탄성바이어스시키는 로드빔과, 상기 로드빔의 상기 기록면과 대면 하는 면에 설치되는 플렉셔를 포함하며,상기 광경로분기수단은 상기 대물렌즈에 대응되도록 상기 로드빔과 플렉셔에 형성된 제1광통과공을 사이에 두고 상기 대물렌즈와 마주하도록 상기 로드빔과 상기 액츄에이터아암 사이에 설치되며,상기 광검출기는 상기 액츄에이터에 형성된 제2광통과공을 사이에 두고 상기 광경로분기수단과 마주하도록 상기 액츄에이터아암의 일면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 광경로분기수단은 상기 로드빔의 상기 액츄에이터아암과 대면하는 면에 지지되며, 상기 제2광통과공 내에 자유롭게 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 대물렌즈와 상기 광경로분기수단 및 상기 광검출기는 상호 동일수직선상에서 마주하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생장치.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액츄에이터 조립체의 상기 베이스에 지지되는 마운터에는 상기 광원이 장착되는 수용부가 인입형성되며,상기 조립체의 액츄에이터아암에는 상기 광화이버가 통과하는 구멍이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생장치.
