Claims (9)
- 압축기(100), 응축기(200), 팽창밸브(400), 증발기(500) 및 송풍기(1800)를 포함하며 공기가 상기 증발기(500)을 통과하도록 하는 냉각제습시스템에 있어서,상기 냉각사이클 도중에 설치된 액관밸브(600)와;타이머, 또는 상기 증발기(500)의 전후에 걸쳐서 설치된 비교센서(1500)와;상기 응축기(200)와 병열로 연결되어 있고 증발기(500)로부터의 공기가 통과하는 재열 코일(300)과;상기 재열 코일(300)의 입구쪽에 설치된 핫가스밸브(900)와;상기 응축기(200) 입구쪽에 설치된 응축기밸브(900')와;압축기(100)와 증발기(500) 사이에 설치된 저압스위치(700)와;상기 증발기(500)에 연결 설치된 증발기 온도센서(1600);를 포함하고 있어 상기 증발기(500)를 통과한 공기가 상기 재열 코일(300)을 통과하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저노점 냉각제습시스템.
- 압축기(100), 팽창밸브(400), 증발기(500) 및 송풍기(1800)를 포함하며 공기가 상기 증발기(500)를 통과하도록 하는 냉각제습시스템에 있어서,상기 냉각사이클 도중에 설치된 액관밸브(600)와;타이머, 또는 상기 증발기(500)의 전후에 걸쳐서 설치된 비교센서(1500)와;상기 압축기(100)로부터 연결되어 있고 증발기(500)로부터의 공기가 통과하는 재열 코일(300)과;압축기(100)와 증발기(500) 사이에 설치된 저압스위치(700)와;상기 증발기(500)에 연결 설치된 증발기 온도센서(1600);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저노점 냉각제습시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 비교센서(1500)는 통과하는 공기의 물성을 측정하는 압력센서, 온도센서, 및 속도센서 중 어느 하나 이상으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 저노점 냉각제습시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 증발기(500)의 전후에는 제1열교환코일(2300)과 제2열교환코일(2400)이 서로 연결 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저노점 냉각제습시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,공기의 유동통로에 있어서, 상기 증발기(500)와 재열 코일(300) 사이에는 살균램프(1700)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저노점 냉각제습시스템.
- 송풍기, 압축기, 응축기, 팽창밸브 및 증발기를 작동시키고, 공기가 증발기를 통과하도록 하여 과포화시키는 냉각제습방법에 있어서,(1) 증발기가 소정량 이상 적상될 때 냉각 사이클의 밸브를 폐쇄하여 펌프다운 사이클로 운전,(2) 증발기 내의 냉매를 고압수액기로 이동,(3) 압력 저하에 따라 압축기를 정지하여 완화된 냉각 수행,(4) 시간의 경과에 따라 자동 제상 수행,(5) 제상과정에서 수분의 융해잠열에 의해 공급공기의 냉각제습을 수행,(6) 증발기의 온도를 감지하여 소정 온도에 다다를 때 송풍기를 정지,(7) 증발기에서 녹아내린 물을 배수,(8) 다시 송풍기, 압축기, 응축기, 팽창밸브 및 증발기를 작동의 과정을 반복하되,상기 증발기를 통과한 공기가 과냉된 경우, 응축기로의 향하는 냉매를 재열 코일로 돌려서 통과하는 공기를 가열시키고,냉각된 냉매는 액화되어 팽창밸브로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저노점 냉각제습방법.
- 송풍기, 압축기, 팽창밸브 및 증발기를 작동시키고, 공기가 증발기를 통과하도록 하여 과포화시키는 냉각제습방법에 있어서,(1) 증발기가 소정량 이상 적상될 때 냉각 사이클의 밸브를 폐쇄하여 펌프다운 사이클로 운전(2) 증발기 내의 냉매를 고압수액기로 이동(3) 압력 저하에 따라 압축기를 정지하여 완화된 냉각 수행(4) 시간의 경과에 따라 자동 제상 수행(5) 제상과정에서 수분의 융해잠열에 의해 공급 공기의 냉각제습을 수행(6) 증발기의 온도를 감지하여 소정 온도에 다다를 때 송풍기를 정지(7) 증발기에서 녹아내린 물을 배수(8) 다시 송풍기, 압축기, 팽창밸브 및 증발기를 작동의 과정을 반복하되,상기 증발기를 통과한 공기가 과냉된 경우, 압축기로부터의 냉매가 재열 코일을 지나게 함으로써 통과하는 공기를 가열시키고,냉각된 냉매는 액화되어 팽창밸브로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저노점 냉각제습방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 증발기 앞에서 예냉하고, 증발기 뒤에서 예열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저노점 냉각제습방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 증발기를 통과하는 공기를 살균하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저노점 냉각제습방법.
