Claims (3)
- 압력회로에 접속된 릴리프 포트의 시트면에 대향하고 있는 밸브체와, 이 밸브체를 상기 시트면에 압착하는 밸브체용 스프링을 구비하여, 상기 압력회로 내의 유체압력이 상기 밸브체용 스프링의 스프링력 이상으로 되면, 상기 유체의 일부를 외부로 흐르게 하여 상기 압력회로 내를 소정의 설정압력으로 유지하는 압력제어밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브체용 스프링의 상기 밸브체에서 떨어진 끝단부에 상기 밸브체용 스프링의 신축방향으로 이동이 자유로운 파이로트 피스톤을 배설하고, 이 파이로트 피스톤에 상기 밸브체용 스프링과 대향하는 위치에 조정용 스프링을 배설함과 동시에, 상기 파이로트 피스톤을, 소정압력의 파이로트 유체가 입력되면 상기 밸브체에서 떨어지는 방향으로 이동하는 구조로 하고, 상기 파이로트 유체의 압력의 증감에 대응하여, 상기 파이로트 피스톤의 이동에 의해 상기 밸브체용 스프링의 스프링력을 증감시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력제어밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조정용 스프링의 누르는 힘을 증대시켜도, 상기 밸브체에 가까운 위치까지 이동한 상기 파이로트 피스톤이 상기 위치보다 더욱 상기 밸브체 쪽으로 이동하는 것을 규제하는 제 1 피스톤 이동규제수단이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력제어밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 조정용 스프링의 누르는 힘을 감소시켜도 상기 밸브체로부터 먼 위치까지 이동한 상기 파이로트 피스톤이 상기 위치보다 더욱 상기 밸브체로부터 먼 위치까지 이동하는 것을 규제하는 제 2 피스톤 이동규제수단이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력제어밸브.
