Claims (10)
- 멀티 실린더 내연 기관에서 가스 연료를 간헐적 또는 연속적으로 도입하는 시스템에 있어서,계량(metering) 밸브(6)가 설치된 상기 내연 기관 각각의 실린더(3)에 대한 가스 연료의 공급부(11, 12)를 포함하며,상기 계량 밸브는 하나 이상의 보조 밸브(16)를 구비하고, 상기 보조 밸브는 상기 계량 밸브 양단의 압력차를 통해 상기 계량 밸브에 배치된 주 밸브(27)를 제어하는 것인 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 각각의 실린더(3)에 대해 개별 공급부(11, 12)를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 개별 공급부에 대한 제어부(8)를 포함하며, 상기 제어부는 내연 기관의 작동 조건에 의존하여 각각의 계량 밸브를 제어하는 것인 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 보조 밸브는 주 밸브의 용적부(25)를 한 쪽으로는 가스 공급부(11)에 연결하고 다른 쪽으로는 가스 출구(12)에 연결할 수 있는 것인 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 보조 밸브는 한 쪽으로는 상기 주 밸브의 용적부(25)에 연결되며, 다른 쪽으로는 상기 가스 출구(12)에 연결되고, 상기 주 밸브의 용적부(25)는 교축부(26)를 통해 가스 출구에 연결되는 것인 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 주 밸브는 맴브레인(27) 제어 차단 밸브를 포함하고, 상기 맴브레인의 한 쪽에서는 가스 공급 압력이 교축부를 통해 가해지며 그로 인해 맴브레인의 다른 쪽의 부분(29) 위에서 동일한 가스 압력이 가해지고 상기 다른 쪽의 추가적인 부분(23) 상에서 가스 출구 압력이 가해지는 것인 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 주 밸브와 보조 밸브의 가스 출구는 공유되는 것인 시스템.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 제어부(8)가 기관의 위치 센서(14)에 연결되는 것인 시스템.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 맴브레인(27)은 고무재 또는 수지재로 구성되는 것인 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 주 밸브와 보조 밸브는 가스 흐름 총량의 최대 30%가 상기 보조 밸브를 통해 흐르도록 그리고 최소 70%가 상기 주 밸브를 통해 흐르도록 제조되는 것인 시스템.
