Claims (6)
- 각각 투과영역과 반사영역을 갖는 복수의 화소가 매트릭스를 구성하도록 배설된 반투과형 표시장치이며,상기 복수의 화소 각각에 대응하여 상기 투과영역을 구성하는 투명전극, 상기 반사영역을 구성하는 반사판 및 스위칭소자가 배설된 소자쪽 기판과,상기 소자쪽 기판에 대향하도록 배치되며, 공통대향전극을 갖는 대향기판과,상기 소자쪽 기판과 상기 대향기판 사이에 협지되도록 형성된 표시층을 구비하고,상기 소자쪽 기판에는, 컬러필터가 형성되고,상기 투명전극은, 상기 컬러필터보다 상기 표시층에 가까운 쪽에 이 컬러필터를 피복하도록 형성되는 한편, 상기 반사판은, 상기 컬러필터 및 상기 투명전극보다 상기 표시층에서 먼 쪽에 상기 스위칭소자를 피복하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컬러필터와 상기 투명전극 사이에 층간절연막이 상기 반사판을 피복하도록 형성되며, 상기 층간절연막은, 그 막 두께가 상기 투과영역에서의 광 입사로부터 출사까지의 광로 길이와 상기 반사영역에서의 광 입사로부터 출사까지의 광로 길이가 거의 동등해지도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 층간절연막은, 수지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사판은, 상기 스위칭소자 및 상기 투명전극에 전기적으로 접속되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭소자는, 상기 컬러필터보다 상기 표시층에서 먼 쪽에 배치되며,상기 투명전극은, 상기 컬러필터에 형성된 콘택트홀을 통해 상기 스위칭소자에 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 표시장치.
