Claims (8)
- 절삭공구 또는 내마모성 공구의 모재 위에 고온 화학적 증착법에 의해 증착된 다결정 α-Al2O3 박막으로 (104) 결정면의 집합계수 TC(104)와 (012) 결정면의 집합계수 TC(012)의 비율인 TC(104)/TC(012)가 1.3이상 형성되며 다음 식을 만족시킴을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구 또는 내마모성 공구용 표면 피복부재용 박막. 여기서 집합계수(TC)는 다음과 같이 정의 된다:여기서I(hkl)은 결정면의 회절강도I0(hkl)은 ASTM 표준 분말 회절 자료의 표준 회절강도n은 계산에 사용되는 결정면 수사용된 결정면 (hkl)은 (012), (104), (110), (113), (024), (116), (124), (030) 이다.

- 절삭공구 또는 내마모성 공구의 모재 위에 Ⅳ-A족 금속의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 질산화물, 탄산화물, 탄질산화물과 주상정 구조를 가지는 Ⅳ-A족 금속의 탄질화물, 탄질산화물 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 부재를 증착하고, 그 위에 TiAlvBwCxNyOz(v+w+x+y+z=1, v, w, x, y, z≥0)을 적층하고, 그 위에Al2O3, ZrO2, HfO2, Y2O3, AlN, cBN, TiB2로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 부재를 화학적 증착법에 의해 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구 또는 내마모성 공구용 표면 피복부재.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 Al2O3의 상(phase)은 알파(α)임을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구 또는 내마모성 공구용 표면피복 부재.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 Al2O3는 다결정 α-Al2O3박막으로 (104) 결정면의 집합계수 TC(104)와 (012) 결정면의 집합계수 TC(012)의 비율인 TC(104)/TC(012)가 1.3이상 형성되며 다음 식을 만족시킴을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구 또는 내마모성 공구용 표면 피복부재여기서I(hkl)은 결정면의 회절강도I0(hkl)은 ASTM 표준 분말 회절 자료의 표준 회절강도n은 계산에 사용되는 결정면 수사용된 결정면 (hkl)은 (012), (104), (110), (113), (024), (116), (124), (030) 이다.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 최상의 피복박막은 고온 화학적 증착법으로 증착된 Ⅳ-A족 금속의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 질산화물, 탄산화물, 탄질산화물과 중온 화학적 증착법에 의해 증착된 주상정 구조를 가지는 Ⅳ-A족 금속의 탄질화물, 탄질산화물 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 부재를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구 또는 내마모성 공구용 표면피복 부재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 최상의 피복박막은 Al2O3 분말을 이용하여 건식, 또는 습식 블라스팅 처리함을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구 또는 내마모성 공구용 표면피복 부재.
