- 삭제
- 통내 분사식 내연 기관의 실린더 헤드에 부착되는 연료 분사 밸브 장치에 있어서,상기 실린더 헤드에 형성된 연료 분사 밸브 삽입 구멍에, 연료 분사구가 형성된 선단측을 삽입하여 배치되고, 몸통 부분에 마련된 금속부의 외주부에 지름방향 외방으로 돌출하도록 형성된 축방향 피구속부와, 상기 축방향 피구속부보다 후단측에 마련된 수지부의 외주면에 형성된 지름방향 피구속부를 가지며, 상기 연료 분사구로부터 실린더 내로 직접 연료를 분사하는 연료 분사 밸브와,일단이 실린더 헤드에 고정되고, 타단에 형성된 구속부로 상기 연료 분사 밸브를 고정하는 고정부재(retainer)를 가지며,상기 고정부재(retainer)의 상기 구속부는, 상기 축방향 피구속부에 맞닿아서 상기 연료 분사 밸브를 축방향 상기 실린더 헤드측으로 가압함과 함께, 상기 지름방향 피구속부에 계합하여 상기 연료 분사 밸브의 축둘레로의 회전을 규제하고,상기 연료 분사 밸브의 축방향 피구속부는, 코일 및 밸브체를 수납하는 금속 하우징의 외주부에 전주위에 걸쳐 마련된 플랜지인 것을 특징으로 하는 통내 분사용 연료 분사 밸브 장치.
- 통내 분사식 내연 기관의 실린더 헤드에 부착되는 연료 분사 밸브 장치에 있어서,상기 실린더 헤드에 형성된 연료 분사 밸브 삽입 구멍에, 연료 분사구가 형성된 선단측을 삽입하여 배치되고, 몸통 부분에 마련된 금속부의 외주부에 지름방향 외방으로 돌출하도록 형성된 축방향 피구속부와, 상기 축방향 피구속부보다 후단측에 마련된 수지부의 외주면에 형성된 지름방향 피구속부를 가지며, 상기 연료 분사구로부터 실린더 내로 직접 연료를 분사하는 연료 분사 밸브와,일단이 실린더 헤드에 고정되고, 타단에 형성된 구속부로 상기 연료 분사 밸브를 고정하는 고정부재(retainer)를 가지며,상기 고정부재(retainer)의 상기 구속부는, 상기 축방향 피구속부에 맞닿아서 상기 연료 분사 밸브를 축방향 상기 실린더 헤드측으로 가압함과 함께, 상기 지름방향 피구속부에 계합하여 상기 연료 분사 밸브의 축둘레로의 회전을 규제하고,상기 연료 분사 밸브의 지름방향 피구속부는, 외부 플러그 커넥터와 일체로 몰드 성형된 수지 하우징의 외주면에 형성된 평면인 것을 특징으로 하는 통내 분사용 연료 분사 밸브 장치.
